Okay.... We were way late to the party in discovering this gem in Everson, WA. First off Everson is about 55 miles from my door but it's worth the drive trust me. Herb Niemann's is an established restaurant that has been around a long time. The inside is mostly all wood and stone accents. Representative of days gone by. Peaceful vibe. kind, articulate, soft spoken waitress. Great quiet atmosphere, yet always busy because of the great food. Just got an appetizer and the best apple strudel I've ever had.

Went there for Valentine's Day with my wife which has become something of a tradition. Had a great table where we could watch the steaks being cooked. As usual the service was excellent and the food is still some of the best in Whatcom County. Always a pleasure to go there and I highly recommend this place.
