We have been coming here for schnitzel for over 2 decades. Tonight for the first time I was disappointed with my food. The potatoes were dry and had no flavor. They have changed the bearnaise sauce that they put on the schnitzel. It is not the same, and it doesn't have nearly the flavor that the old sauce had. I am very disappointed. To me the flavor no longer warrants the high price. Please bring back the old potatoes and old sauce!
Proper German Schnitzel Haus with a twist. Goes beyond the standard plates with seafood and other versions. Cocktails, starters, and sides were all outstanding. Don't come here to drink German beer, but if you want German food it is well worth the trip!
12/10 recommend! I can’t say enough about this spot! My mom and I went during Sunday brunch. The dining experience was quaint and intimate. I got the bar schnitzel. Best schnitzel I’ve had in a really long time. Authentic, crispy, the sauce was DELICIOUS, potatoes were great, cabbage was amazing. My mom got the Schnitzel Holstein and says it was incredibly delicious, too. Everything was perfect. Our server was very kind and attentive as well. I wish I lived closer, but SOO...
