The food is unbelievable, and the service is outstanding . It's a must go and try restaurant. Every time we go, it's an amazing experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

We called ahead to let the restaurant know we had a party of 11 coming in. They had a table ready for us, so that was a plus. The one girl working the front took our drink orders, then... nothing. We were there for 40 minutes and no drinks, no communication about what was going on, nothing.

The parts that bothered me the most:

1) People who came in after us were served drinks quickly, within minutes of sitting down.

2) The server did not, in the 40 minutes we were there, communicate with us. It's okay to be unexpectedly busy. It's NOT okay to ignore a party of 11 with hungry kids wondering if they're going to have to wait 2 hours to eat or not.

For a place that is trying to look like upscale dining, this was a very bad look. Not worth it.

I am completely blown away with the quality and attention put into each and every plate that comes out of the kitchen there. The menu is basically the usual bar &grill acutrimon except elevated to fine dining quality of ingredients and plate presentation. An absolute must for anyone visiting whatcom county. To the locals here,get out there and support your local businesses! We do not want our only options for eating out to be either fast food or Applebee's type places to choose from do we? Go check out the bourbon in everson, tell all your friends and family to go as well you will not be disappointed ????️????????????

The food is delicious, the staff is great, and the new dining area is beautiful!! The out door dining area is perfect for warm days!! My boys love the mac n cheese. I love trying new things because the food is sooo good!! It is a great place with a great atmosphere!!

We are always welcomed with great attitudes and happy faces. We really enjoy the Thursday night music bingo when we can get away from work.
The club sandwich is amazing, steaks are great, and when they have there special potatoes I’m in heaven. I can’t say I have had anything bad here. We will continue to come enjoy the great atmosphere, nice staff, and excellent food.

This place is Everson’s little secret. My husband and I just had the best night out in the past 10 years. The ambiance is relaxed yet energetic. The food is good quality and there’s a great selection. Our server, Brooke, was amazing. She gave us lots of feedback on menu items and her suggestions were excellent. There is also outside seating which was packed because of the nice weather. The bourbon is the perfect spot for a good meal, friendly staff and a great night out. Thank you to Brooke for being the best service I have ever gotten in Whatcom county!!

The staff, food & atmosphere are the best. Staff are friendly & polite, treat you like family. The food is delicious, my favorites are the Bourbon & Cranberry Walnut salads. I like to mix the 2 salads together? The atmosphere is family oriented, relaxing & fun. Thursday is music bingo which is a blast. If you haven’t tried the music bingo you should. It’s so much fun & you don’t have time to dwell on the day to day stress of life for a couple hours. These are reasons I enjoy their company. Brooke Zima & the staff do a magnificent job running the restaurant & bar.

One of my favorite places. The service is outstanding and so is the environment. The food is somewhat dependent on who is cooking, but we've never had a bad meal there and some have been as excellent as the servers and bar.

Dietary restrictions: I don't eat wheat or most dairy and have never had any issues finding something to eat. It's not gluten free though.

We usually hit The Bourbon on the weekends for burgers, which are SO GOOD!! We went on a Wednesday for something different and ordered the steaks. They were juicy, tender but one was more medium than medium rare. They could have used seasoning since the burgers are always perfectly seasoned. If you order a steak, you might want to just ask for the seasoning. We always start with the 6 Wing app. They are SO good-perfectly fried and homemade Blue Cheese & Ranch dressing. We al are partial to the fries which are always on point! Our servers are always delightful and the beers are always cold! It's about a 25 minute drive from our house and totally worth every minute of a nice drive in the country.

I have eaten here three times. The menu has a nice variety of classic pub food options. The chicken legs are the best thing I have had here so far. They are properly crispy and the dipping sauces are good too. The burgers are pretty decent. The sliders and sesame chicken, however, are not something I will be ordering again. I thought the quality of the breading on the sesame chicken would match that of the chicken wings. This was not the case. The sesame chicken was an incredibly small portion that was presented dry with an awkward drizzle of sauce on it, and an incredibly salty sauce on the side for dipping. I recommend plating this better and improving on the portion. Also, adding a side of fries to the online menu. Lastly, I recommend making your own patties for sliders rather than cutting a patty into four pieces... We were not very impressed by this presentation either. It seems careless.The service here is always outstanding and the environment is lovely. It's a great place to meet with my friends or go out with my partner.

Went there for dinner this evening. My bun was all burnt. It also was smashed up. Got the Walla Walla burger had just ketchup, dripping for a it was gross ended up just eating the burger off of it. my friend also had a burger her burger was burnt. The bacon was raw, we were not even offered any compensation even though we did not eat our food technically, my friend did not even eat her burger . UPDATE: The team at the Bourbon reached out to me I was so impressed by that, we were taken caree of I will definitely get give them another chance! Very classy thank you I had always had amazing food there in the past.
