My husband and I come in about 2x a month. Food is always good and Angelica makes the best Smith& Wesson .in all honesty she make the best compared to any place else I've ever had. Last night we were in and Angelica wasn't there. I asked for my usual and the girl working the bar didn't know what I was asking for. I told her how to make it and it was absolutely delicious. I didn't get her name but I just want to say the between Angelica and her they will be the only one's I will order from.Thank you Angelica for having the great food and drinks.

Have been coming here for 10 years now! The food is great, however the music has been too loud for my taste at night. Maybe I'm getting old, but it's to the point I can't hold small talk with someone sitting right next to me, let alone someone across the table. Really hope they can turn it down a bit. ?

I’m happy they are open late. But when all you want to do is eat a good meal in peace. Friday night karaoke is way too loud to have the restaurant open. They either need a divider or sound diffuser to keep areas separated. It made our late night fill up at Angelica’s unbearable.

Considering how Federal Way has in general a pretty terrible food scene, I was really grateful to find this cute and authentic Mexican restaurant. It reminds me of Mexican restaurants I used to go to when I was a kid, a traditional, Mexican, American atmosphere. The food that I had was good, I am a vegetarian, and I had the tostada. My husband had a chicken burrito and he liked his as well. The chips and salsa were up to my standards, which is a must as this is a steeple of a decent Mexican restaurant. We went in for lunch, and the place was pretty empty, I am not sure what it is like for dinner, but I plan on trying it out. I will definitely go back, and was really happy to find this much better than average Mexican restaurant in Federal Way since there are not very many decent options here.Vegetarian options: Mexican meals in general are lovely for vegetarians because you can always ask to substitute. Remember, at most Mexican restaurants, the Mexican rice is made with chicken stock, and refried beans often have lard in them. So it is always best to ask. Most of the time you can get black beans that are vegetarian, and some places have white rice if you want it. On this trip I did not bother asking
