I've only used the drive-through.The service through it has been great so far!They are a card ONLY establishment which I don't have a problem with.The food is always great. They've gotten my special orders correct each time, and the portions are great!Thank you, ARBY'S staff at this location. Keep it up!

I don't like giving bad reviews to fast food franchises since it's difficult enough to find quality help, but...The counter help was droll at best, the buns on our tasteless fish fillets were burnt black on one side and unfortunately that was the most flavor in the sandwich. Both orders of our fries were lukewarm, and they were from different batches. The only really good thing came from the order was the mint shake, which was a bit over priced. The fish sandwiches Arby's is promoting are very bland and it would help to rethink the also bland tarter sauce. Just saying...

Kinda bummed. I love Arby’s, but when I got a regular beef and cheddar the meat had giant dark spots on it and looked old. I just started working in the area and was excited to have one close. Fries were fresh and service was great, meat quality wasn’t.

Food was wet on the bottom and soggy pretty unusual experience so definitely didn't eat the food called them and came back and didn't get treated as I should of plus was out of my food and money and time so I would check your food before eating and especially befor leaving the drive

Always friendly service. Food always fresh and hot. It's the drive through. It's a hassle to go around so you can turn into it rootkit tearing up your car.
Love Arby's food. Really missed having the Federal Way store open consistently there for a while. Covid's left overs seemed to have continued to make it hard to get and keep staff. Last year they were so short of staff they had to close for breaks etc at one point. And they were not up to their normal cleanliness standards either. Yesterday though, I was back in and they seemed to be back to normal. The place was clean and the lobby was more full than I've seen it for a while. Yippee! I really don't want this store to go away!

It is difficult to find an Arby's location these days is somewhat challenging. The staff at this Arby's obviously cares a great deal about their reputation. The food was made with care, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were very courteous. Overall, this was a great experience.
