This 7-Eleven is one of the worst 7-Eleven‘s in existence. They will not load any money on your cash app card or any card for that matter. They always have a sign up that says that their machine is broken even though it’s not! If it were truly broken, it would have been broken for a year and a half now. And the same owner owns two other stores which both also have the same problem, and aren’t able to load money on your card. And that’s just a start these guys that work here are rude they never want to do anything in customer service ha ha forget about it that’s one thing you will not see here. If you can AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAUGE. The only reason I even stop in there occasionally, Is because of the donuts. they’re the closest 7-Eleven and if I forget to stop at a better 7-Eleven before I get home sometimes I have to stop there in a pinch

I will never again stop at this store. They steal your money tell your wrong and have terrible customer service. Charged $5.00 for 2 lg. Slurppies that only cost $1.79 each that's $3.58 plus tax is $3.67 and then say that he can do that his daddy owns the store. This was at 10:55pm on June 24th 2021 on 288th and Military Rd. Federal Way,WA. I hope his daddy reads this so he can see he is losing money for that punk of a son he has behind the counter of his daddy's store. Good one daddy should be proud he has a #1 punk of a son.
