Azteca Mexican Restaurant

We came here a few years ago before they changed the name. But today (9-28-2025) we experienced the worst service ever. We sat at our table forever and no one came to take our drink order or anything. Finally the guy who originally brought our chips came and asked if everything was ok. He ended up raking our order. Then after the lady brought our food she never came back to check to see if everything was OK or not and didn't even offer to refill our drinks. I won't come back because of that and it's a shame because the food is awesome. Very poor management.

The inside is lovely, the service is amazing we got our food so quick even at a busy hour and the food tasted great! 10/10 thank you!

We moved from the area so our vist to Azteca was overdue. It did not disappoint everything was delicious!! I would love to see Azteca come to the Puyallup/ Graham area.

Amazing. 10/10 the staff are so friendly and polite and the manager Jaime was great. He was helping his staff and working with them instead of being the typical manager we all hate. Our servers were punctual and food got to us fast and still delicious. Highly recommend the Sopa Azteca. Thank you Azteca for giving my girlfriend and I, a better end to the day.

Took 10 minutes for them to take our drinks
Order, and over 45 minutes to bring food. Completely unacceptable service. No acknowledgement of this either. Will not come back to this location.

My mom had chicken enchilada. It was awful. Ground chicken, not cubed beast meat and was not seasoned so NO flavor! I had shrimp enchilada. Mine was really good.

Great food and good service. Portion controls - not really a thing here. More food than you think and lots of left overs.

I will give 10/10 for the service. Our waiter, I believe his name is Audi, very nice and respectful. Atmospheres is nice too

To go/delivery orders are consistently wrong and missing items. How do you forget broth for a $10 cup of soup? Probably the most important item. Do you ever check the orders? A designated to go person ? A manager??It’s legitimately ridiculous.

Only had to wait a few minutes for them to sit our group of 10 people down. Service was fast and very friendly. I got the burrito blanco and it was MASSIVE. Seriously huge portions here. I somehow finished the entire thing, it was great! Definitely recommend if you're into Mexican! 🌯
