Stopped by Baskin Robbins inside the Commons Mall in Federal Way. You don’t see many of these around anymore, so it was a nice little surprise. It’s located right in the mall, with ample parking and food court seating nearby. Restrooms are also accessible inside the mall. Service was good. It was nothing extraordinary, but smooth and without issues. I knew what I wanted, got it quickly, paid, and left. A simple, satisfying visit.

I purchased a cake for an event I had today. I asked for a light “baby” pink rosette cake. I ordered this same cake last year for a different event and it was beautiful which is why I decided to order this cake again. I ordered a week in advance. When I showed up to pick up my cake not only was it the wrong color(a dark “hot” pink) but the roses were done horribly. They were sloppy and all different sizes, some even squished. You could see where the pink wasn’t blended as there where white stripes in the roses., You could see the cakes underneath as there were gaps in between the cake. The worker there even said there was a note saying that it was supposed to be a light pink and agreed it was done incorrectly. She said the best she can do is give 10% off. My mom had already paid for the cake not knowing it was the wrong color until I walked up. The worker adjusted and said “lucky the discount went through” how am I lucky to get the wrong cake and get a $5 discount bc I was going home with the wrong cake and something I was unhappy with? Not ordering from here again. Not sure what changed in the past year but super unhappy.

EJ was amazing, he handle costumer service excellently. He took care of the problem and found a solution. I signed up to the BR app which I was very disappointed with an issue it was having but EJ help me out! I will use it and I will be coming back to this area. I left very happy! Thank you!

Google maps states they close at 8pm. We showed up at 7:15pm and they were closed. Their hours on googles maps should be updated.

I order a cake a week in advance, I specifically ask for a design and colors. When I picked up my cake the colors I chose were wrong but it was on the order sheet with the cake.They didn’t give me any explanation neither they call me to let me know. My son was super disappointed I was more disappointed on trusting the Federal Way Baskin-Robbins since it was closer to the location of the party. The employees inside the South center mall are more professional and care more for there clients.

I purchased a cake and the gal at the counter said she wasn't qualified to write happy birthday on it so the cake was blank. The cake was pink and it had chocolate. I specifically asked for vanilla. I didn't want the pink cake but she said it was the only one that was white cake/vanilla ice cream, there was a description in writing on the box but it wasn't legible. I brought it home and it wasn't the cake I wanted but of course I didn't know until we had cut into it. The birthday girl doesn't like chocolate. Their cake selection was very limited but the cake tasted really good so I will give them 3 stars my daughter didn't eat her cake.

We always enjoy the icecream here. 45 flavors. Even pickiest can hind something good. Cups, waffles, sugar or cake cones, with ot without chocolate cover to choose from. We paid over $20 for 1 adult and 3 kids. Pretty expensive for the icecream.I wish they offer samples as they used to. Not too friendly but very patient server.We will return. Not too often but will return. ?
