The closest Baskin Robbins to me and I'm so glad as this was one of my good to ice cream shops when I was younger, including whenever my mom and I stopped by the mall. The service here is usually good as the people are friendly. The person who was there on December 15 had a warm personality and she got my pick up ready on time. I was able to pick up my single scoop which is the birthday reward that they give you. I got the Winter White Chocolate and it was decent, I like the chocolate chunks in there. My only complaint was that it tasted like cherries or other fruit which means that the spoon they used to scoop it up wasn't clean or properly washed. The space looked clean and it seemed like the employee was organizing/cleaning the counter which shows that she doesn't just idle around.

I ordered the cake for my boyfriend surprise birthday party at this store because he loves ice-cream cake! I ordered it on Thursday for our Sunday party, so they can have sometime to make it! One and half day later, when I got out of work, I got their voice message for changing the flavors of my cake because they ran out of the one that I ordered! I called them back to the numbers they left in the voicemail! Somebody at the store pick up the phone, and wrote down my agreement of their change! I just need the cake design in birthday man favorite color, so the taste of the cake can be change. i told them do the best they can, as long as I have the cake on time for my party! He already wrote down my note, and I also special told them that I won't able to pick up the phone when I am at work, so please don't try to call me, just do the best you can! I need the cake for Sunday! Today they call me again when I was at work and told me they couldn't do my cake because I couldn't catch the phone, when I call back the store, the man catch the phone told me I have to pay him $40 per hour on the top of the cake to make my cake! He was so rude to ask me to pay him $40 per hour to make my cake when the problem is from their store ! First they toke my order and didn't know they ran out the stuff to make it. Second they didn't work well together as a team or has good order system to update that I called back and made the agreement about the order! Third, the employees, specially the cake builder service was terrible, he didn't put the clients and business on the top when he ask me $40 per hour for him to stay to make my cake because their fault! If their management won't change and they keep treat client this way , they will be closed soon!

I had just gotten a tooth surgery so I couldn’t eat anything and decided to come in and get a chocolate peanut butter shake. It was not good at all. Very runny, the peanut butter wasn’t sweet, and the chocolate ice cream seemed old. Plus it was almost $20 for one crappy shake!! I won’t return here ever

I was very disappointed in this location. I redeemed my rewards for a frozen milkshake. But unfortunately they didn’t make the consistency right. When I let the staff know about it they just said that they followed a measurement. But I told them the last time I purchased a milkshake it wasn’t like that. It was liquid instead of frozen.They didn’t even care to look on the drink or offer to make it right. I’ve been a customer here for a long time. Now I don’t have any desire to come back as they don’t really care about their customer.

Stopped by Baskin Robbins inside the Commons Mall in Federal Way. You don’t see many of these around anymore, so it was a nice little surprise. It’s located right in the mall, with ample parking and food court seating nearby. Restrooms are also accessible inside the mall. Service was good. It was nothing extraordinary, but smooth and without issues. I knew what I wanted, got it quickly, paid, and left. A simple, satisfying visit.

Came across this Baskin Robbins inside the Commons Mall and decided to stop in. It’s a bit of a throwback, since you don’t see them often anymore. Parking is convenient thanks to the mall, and there’s food court seating if you want to stay and enjoy. Restrooms are nearby. The service was good but nothing extraordinary. It got the job done. I knew what I wanted and was helped quickly. It’s a classic, easygoing stop when you’re in the mood for ice cream.

I purchased a cake for an event I had today. I asked for a light “baby” pink rosette cake. I ordered this same cake last year for a different event and it was beautiful which is why I decided to order this cake again. I ordered a week in advance. When I showed up to pick up my cake not only was it the wrong color(a dark “hot” pink) but the roses were done horribly. They were sloppy and all different sizes, some even squished. You could see where the pink wasn’t blended as there where white stripes in the roses., You could see the cakes underneath as there were gaps in between the cake. The worker there even said there was a note saying that it was supposed to be a light pink and agreed it was done incorrectly. She said the best she can do is give 10% off. My mom had already paid for the cake not knowing it was the wrong color until I walked up. The worker adjusted and said “lucky the discount went through” how am I lucky to get the wrong cake and get a $5 discount bc I was going home with the wrong cake and something I was unhappy with? Not ordering from here again. Not sure what changed in the past year but super unhappy.

EJ was amazing, he handle costumer service excellently. He took care of the problem and found a solution. I signed up to the BR app which I was very disappointed with an issue it was having but EJ help me out! I will use it and I will be coming back to this area. I left very happy! Thank you!

I order a cake a week in advance, I specifically ask for a design and colors. When I picked up my cake the colors I chose were wrong but it was on the order sheet with the cake.They didn’t give me any explanation neither they call me to let me know. My son was super disappointed I was more disappointed on trusting the Federal Way Baskin-Robbins since it was closer to the location of the party. The employees inside the South center mall are more professional and care more for there clients.
