I order a cake a week in advance, I specifically ask for a design and colors. When I picked up my cake the colors I chose were wrong but it was on the order sheet with the cake.They didn’t give me any explanation neither they call me to let me know. My son was super disappointed I was more disappointed on trusting the Federal Way Baskin-Robbins since it was closer to the location of the party. The employees inside the South center mall are more professional and care more for there clients.

Was told they don't sell prepackaged quarts no more. Have to buy quarts which are double in price! So I have to go to Auburn. Or...Cold Stone is right down the street.

There are a lot of Baskin Robbins closing down in the greater Seattle area, and this one is our new go-to location! They always seem to be well-stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I purchased a cake and the gal at the counter said she wasn't qualified to write happy birthday on it so the cake was blank. The cake was pink and it had chocolate. I specifically asked for vanilla. I didn't want the pink cake but she said it was the only one that was white cake/vanilla ice cream, there was a description in writing on the box but it wasn't legible. I brought it home and it wasn't the cake I wanted but of course I didn't know until we had cut into it. The birthday girl doesn't like chocolate. Their cake selection was very limited but the cake tasted really good so I will give them 3 stars my daughter didn't eat her cake.

We always enjoy the icecream here. 45 flavors. Even pickiest can hind something good. Cups, waffles, sugar or cake cones, with ot without chocolate cover to choose from. We paid over $20 for 1 adult and 3 kids. Pretty expensive for the icecream.I wish they offer samples as they used to. Not too friendly but very patient server.We will return. Not too often but will return. ?

Came in at 9:45pm on April 8th and "Natalie" said they were closed despite being open til 10pm & having the open sign on. Definitely lost over $50 of business as we planned on being in & out and getting a few pre-done items as well as a few scoops of ice cream for the little one. Either the business needs to update their hours to not mislead customers or they need to talk to their employees about helping customers within their business hours. Looked like she had a friend waiting outside for her so maybe that's why but would not recommend coming here later in the evening... sad not only refused to help us but was rude about it which was confusing. Just drive to Safeway and get something else or go to the other BR in Auburn before 9. They'll at least help you until close
