No one upfront to greet you. They were all in the back kitchen having a great laugh. No communication on when order would be ready. Guy had his back turned entire time talking thru to kitchen the. Was on his phone….. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever had. Place was nice though thank goodness food was not for me.

I don’t know how to feel about this place. First, the location is just situated in the weirdest spot ever.Located next to what looks like an abandoned grocery store, now destist, with an empty parking lot. You would think this BBQ place was closed for good.Hesitating to even try to see if this place was open, I went ahead and took the leap….The place is really clean. Spotless I may add. I was greeted promptly by the (understandably) bored host and ordered half and half with steamed rice. $22… ouch Tipped generously as I felt bad for some odd reason.Food was delicious and fresh. Best fried chicken I’ve had just short of Publix chicken in Florida.Why is this place so empty all the time? Needs to move to a better location…

Yup, NOPE!!! Worst fried chicken I’ve ever had! Don’t get me wrong, I love the franchise, just not this particular location.Ordered half & half for $34.68, all pieces were over fried to brownish color, if you have never tried to chew on rubber I would recommend you to try this place out. Also, I think they forgot to add salt in the mix because it tastes like rubber too. Your neighborhood KFC does a better job than that with half the price. This place does not represent the quality of Korean style fried chicken franchise.I gave it a two star for interior decorations.

Calling to order togo, and then guy pick phone up, and then they shut off the phone when im ordering, they not said hi and something nice word, look like they dont want to get order, i dont know what im doing wrong with them but very bad service from here, you guy should have something explain to me or that very bad about service on phone like that

Chicken is uncooked! Very very unsafe! Staffs don’t care about customers health or concern. I would never go back to this place..so sad because BBQ franchise is very high quality..but this place ruined it.

Waiter doesn't understand English very well. Made it very difficult to order. Got our order wrong and forgot about our drinks. Took forever to get our incorrect food. We were the only customers there so they werent very busy. Food was okay at best. Building was clean.

I was very disappointed their service and foods, even server were unfriendly.We ordered three different foods ,we were waiting more than half hour then we just got one dish,chicken was very dried and nothing different than deli from gas station.

Poor quality. Has no taste at all and bad quality service. Chicken is terrible and tteokbokki tastes like frozen one. I wonder if it's really Korean franchise bbq. It is the worst. Will never come back.

Yes please! So surprised at just how damned good that chicken was! I had gangnam style, it lit my mouth up and i kept going back for more. Absolutely excellent, from the crunch, the heat, the sweet and sour. I'd go back anytime and bring others along. Spot on?

I tried to order by phone, and the phone never got answered, so I went to the restaurant in person, but the cashier was sleeping on one of the tables. I tried to order there in the place but she didn’t speak english. I DID NOT LIKE THE SERVICE!, I prefer to drive a bit more to the BBQ CHICKEN located in Tukwila.

First and last visit to this location. The cheese balls were overcooked and drenched in a 1/4" of powder making them impossible to eat. The wings were way over seasoned with garlic, and my chicken/rice combo was drenched in mayo and full of overcooked chicken.Additionally, we were the only patrons in the entire restaurant and for some reason the server decided to absolutely blast the music and then the kitchen staff cranked their own music to compete with it. We kindly asked if it could be turned down since we were the only people in the restaurant, which the server did, but then cranked it up again about 15 minutes later.Just an unpleasant experience from start to finish.

Chicken is not worth the truly TERRIBLE service. Like, waited for a super long time in a nearly empty restaurant to order and asked the server three times for help (once while standing at the counter while she handed out door dash instead of speaking to me) kind of terrible.

Ordered the original wings, galbi 1/2, and powdered cheese fries. Wings were well cooked with a nice crunch, but under seasoned and lacked any discernable flavor. The galbi was oddly flat, the first bite garlicky but immediately the flavor disperses, and subsequent bites were without anything beyond under seasoned sticky chicken. The fries were interesting, kinda sweet with an overly fake cheesey-ness. I didn't hate them, but I couldn't eat more than a few handfuls. Service was friendly but the value is low. I'd go back, but I wouldn't order any of the same dishes.

Came in for food. Place was empty with one customer eating. The ladies working acknowledged us at the door but didn't bring us menus or anything. Got no service.

Fried chicken was good… it conquered my fried chicken craving. The “secret sauce” is a bit too sweet for my taste, but others may like it. Spicy rice cake not too bad either. Service was friendly, but no one to be found when we were ready to leave - nearly got up to open the door to make someone come out from the back, LOL.
