I recently ordered a very large catering order from Bibim Express to feed 125 people. Jung was absolutely incredible to work with--from the planning phase to payment and pick up. This was a new experience for me and she helped me to figure out what foods to order and quantities and helped me to stay within our budget. Not only was the food ready on time, she called me when I was running late to make sure I was ok. Her team helped us load up. And they even made laminated cards...
We recently had the pleasure of working with Bibim Express in Federal Way to cater our quarterly Patron Summit for 160 guests, and they absolutely delivered. This phenomenal local eatery provided a complete assortment from their menu with impeccable setup and attention to detail. What impressed us most was their ability to handle an event of this scale, especially for a small, locally-owned restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious, and our guests raved about the food throughout...
Had the short rib bowl with spicy mayo and mango tea. I was nervous going in that I wouldn't like it but it was so good that I ordered a second even larger bowl to take home. I recommend adding the egg or even adding one when you get home, so good!
