This place takes FOREVER. The coffee is good I will say that. But they take wayyyy too long. If there is a couple cars in line it takes 20 minutes plus. Hurry up please.
I took White Chocolate Mocha - very tasty! The drink is perfectly balanced: delicate, creamy, not too sweet and with a pleasant coffee taste. The quality is at a high level, everything is fresh and well cooked. The service is fast and friendly, the atmosphere is cozy. I will definitely come again 👍

I tried Big Foot several times to avoid Starbucks. My usual coffee time is after getting the kids from school. Everytime there’s 3-4 cars on both sides but one day I decided I’d wait. Once I get up there I saw the girl was alone and understood, must be a one off or a call out, that sucks but I get it. Once we started talking though I found out she was the manager and explained they just didn’t have the labor hours for coverage. She was calm and chill, which is great I guess but it came off more as idgaf when others cars behind me started driving off, the manager said, “Ha oh well, bye then.” Thats not how you run a business. I’m not turning down Starbucks for a different greedy corporate coffee chain though. Might as well go there and atleast get my drink in 2:30 or less. So I’ll stick with Cafe Elite or Asensio who still put their culture ahead of profits.

On weekends service is terrible. 20-25 min wait . Not even a lot of people. Barista works super slow and careless. Sunday shift is terrible. Managers please do something!

Terrible experience at this location today. 3 cars ahead of me and it took over 20 mins to order a coffee. When the car ahead of me pulled up to the window she got her coffee right away so I thought she would be on her way but 7 mins go by and the car isn't moving. I got out of my car and asked what the hold up was. The lady in the car and barista were just chatting it up when there was a long line. The lady ahead of me finally moved and when I pulled up I ordered my drink. Meanwhile I hear the barista say to her coworker shes not the cup we needed today. Really disrespectful to think i was in the wrong as a paying customer when it shouldn't take well over 20 mins to get a coffee. If you see a line of cars probably not a good time to chat it up.
Had the pleasure of coming here and was served the best coffee at 1am by a bad little Latina with a cute smile and very welcoming 10/10 experience.

Very disappointing i’m a regular customer and earned a free drink all I did was update my phone number on my account my free drink was not reflecting as I’m showing the barista my account she can see my history and the free drink but the verbiage didn’t make sense so she calls her manager tells her manager I redeemed it which I did not then she proceeds to say she doesn’t know what it means on my account it didn’t say I redeemed anything the verbiage said something else the manager did not honor my free drink instead she tells me to reach out to corporate I would never do a customer that way especially when they spend money with your company you both seen something wasn’t right with my account instead of honoring my free drink that I earned you dismissed me I will not be returning as a customer very poor customer service! Will spend my money where it’s honored and appreciated

We were staying in the area and gave Bigfoot Java a try. The coffee was okay, the hot chocolate was also okay and the frozen lattes were good but nothing special. The wait time in the drive thru line was slow considering they were staffed with 4 employees. There appeared to be more chatting amongst themselves instead of making drinks and preparing orders. Maybe it's just this location, we will try another.

This location is a joke. Been here a few times where it would take over TWENTY minutes (yes, it's audacious) for three cars to move through the drive thru. It didn't look like the cars in front of me had big orders either. I would highly advise others to go to another location and avoid this one if you respect your time.

Writing a review for this BigFoot Java is a bit tricky as we have had some not so great experiences with some of the baristas here, but after a year of being in Puyallup then moving back, it seems the location has improved. The baristas here have been very friendly and efficient at making drinks not only look great but taste great too. They are also always so sweet to say hello and offer treats to our two dogs that are usually with us.
We love to try out their monthly special drinks but we do have our stable favorites such as the Creamsicle, which for some reason the baristas never ever get right which is super unfortunate. They give me the frostbite version every time and when I tell them the iced version, they look at me confused and try to correct me that I want the frostbite version. I truly would like this to be taught better as I haven't had that drink in forever due to this confusion. Other than that though, no other issues.

Great customer service like always so far it's always been quick moving for people are very polite willing to help you cannot give it rating on food because all I've ordered so far is drinks. Very happy with service and the politeness of the people who work there because they have not stopped there you should try this real soon sometime guarantee you'll be back
