This place is the WORST when it comes to wait times. I live in the area and would love to support but absolutely NEVER again. I’ve tried SEVERAL times and it’s the same. Waiting well over 15min with one car in front of me is absolutely ridiculous. If a car had not been behind me I would have backed out. I finally get to the window and they are just chit chatting amongst themselves, happens every time.

Yo I'm ready to not come no more as much as I love my coffee here. There's one girl I don't like how she makes my coffee so I choose not to go to her side. But it seems like an issue. I'll pull up the girl will laugh even tho I'm not on her side. And talk shit with the other gal and then that girls rude. Today they made my little sons chocolate shake messing he didn't even want it when I took it home just cause it looked so gross. So I know it's not just me. I want a boss to call me I'm about to file a complaint. Cause if this continues its about to be a problem.

I literally thought the baristas had left because it took so long. We waited in line with 3 cars for nearly 30 minutes before finally getting to the front. Our order of 3 coffees took 14 minutes to get. I literally haven’t ever experienced anything like it. At one point both baristas were gone in the back and we had no idea where they went.

The coffee is good when they make your order correctly. Do not come here if you need a quick coffee. On average it takes them 10 minutes just to make 2 drinks. If there's cars in front of you expect to wait a half hour to get coffee. If the baristas were friendly I might not mind the wait, but EVERY time we come here they are unfriendly and act like your interrupting them from doing something more important, like playing on their phones. Today my husband was given the wrong size drink, last time we were there our drinks had gobs of coffee grounds in them, and the time before that we left after waiting 15 min and not seeing the line move. Won't be giving them another chance.

Terrible customer service. I hate going to this location! 2 windows, about 7 baristas, (it seems like more), the lines are always super long. They take FOREVER to make a drink. I sat for about 15 mins for 1 car and they only got 1 drink. Too much chit chat and not enough coffee being made! It’s so irritating and the staff could care less! When I finally did get my drink the lady said she put an extra shot in my drink thinking she was being nice but I didn’t want my drink that strong and ended up not even being able to drink it. ugh! This place sucks bad! Step your game up girls..WE WANT COFFEEEEEEEE!!!!
If I could rate this stand negative Stars I absolutely would this has to be one of the slowest places I have ever experienced! I ended up leaving because I got sick and tired of waiting please teach these girls how to make coffee in an efficient manner! They should also not allow walk up customers in the Drive-Thru it is a danger for the people that are walking and up to the people that are driving.

I love this coffee stand. this is my daily place to get my coffee and the baristas are fantastic. I always get the same thing and they all know my order, they're friendly and knowledgeable and always good for a chat. They keep cool and stay friendly even when the line is wrapped around the parking lot, and they're quick and efficient when it's packed without sacrificing the good vibes.It starts my day off right every time, whether I come through at 7 am or 2 pm. thanks yall ?

The girl with the face tattoos has got to go. We barely got the chance to say hi and she already greeted us with a bad attitude, she doesn’t seem like she wants to be there and looking at the reviews it seems like I’m not the first one to feel that way. As a person who also works customer service I know that kind of bad attitude and disrespect will make people not want to come back to this location.

This has always been my go to Bigfoot for the last 8 years. Two of the baristas are especially fantastic (especially the girl who wears a mask alot, she's so so nice and makes amazing coffee) but the last 3 times have been an issue with the same girl. The girl with face tattoos constantly is talking to the other baristas about inappropriate things every time we visit, and not quietly at all. I don't want to hear about her DD implants or unhealed belly button piercing while your making my coffee. She never tries to talk to me besides seeming annoyed at taking my order at all, and once she finally does make the coffee she is real fast and rude to get me out of there. This is the only person I have ever had a negative experience with multiple times. I could ignore everything else if the coffee was good, but again she's the only one who ever makes "bad" coffee compared to everyone else there who has made it the last 8 years. ( I get a mocha by the way, nothing complex) I'll continue to come just not when she's working I guess.
