This has always been my go to Bigfoot for the last 8 years. Two of the baristas are especially fantastic (especially the girl who wears a mask alot, she's so so nice and makes amazing coffee) but the last 3 times have been an issue with the same girl. The girl with face tattoos constantly is talking to the other baristas about inappropriate things every time we visit, and not quietly at all. I don't want to hear about her DD implants or unhealed belly button piercing while your making my coffee. She never tries to talk to me besides seeming annoyed at taking my order at all, and once she finally does make the coffee she is real fast and rude to get me out of there. This is the only person I have ever had a negative experience with multiple times. I could ignore everything else if the coffee was good, but again she's the only one who ever makes "bad" coffee compared to everyone else there who has made it the last 8 years. ( I get a mocha by the way, nothing complex)I'll continue to come just not when she's working I guess.

Payton was my barista this afternoon and she was very friendly and gave me a lot of information as well as a pre workout mix that I will need for my workout later. She greeted me and gave exceptional service. Thank you to Bigfoot and Payton (not sure if I spelled that correctly). I will be back again!

Great drinks and service. The employees just need to work faster and stop focusing on tips so people can go about their day. I saw a woman hold up a line for 10 minutes talking and the barista fed her dog a puppachino out the pick up window. Because of this I avoid go to this one. The only reason why I tell this story is because I door dashed a drink only for the driver to complain about the wait time as well.

Over the years I move around to different coffee spots! Hadn't been to Big Foot in a minute but tonight I did!! So happy to see a switch up in the menu! My fave Yetea Splash is baaaackk and I'm beyond thrilled about it! The unicorn dream energy drink that I got was EVERYTHING! Can't wait to try some other concoctions! The girls were nice and the line moved quickly

Came to the stand yesterday to get a drink before work and the barista that took my order was short with me and had a terrible attitude. She also was rude to my grandfather. We were both respectful and kind to her even though she had poor behavior. The customer service has declined over the past year. Very disappointed.

This coffee barista place needs to improve their service and staff attitude. I have had to wait for 20 minutes just to get my order, which is completely unacceptable. The slow service and rude behavior of the staff have made me reconsider coming back to this place. It is important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide efficient and friendly service.

This place should not even be in business , I ordered a Fruit Rollup and the girl who was making my drink just decided to add almond milk, WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. All the girls do there is talk and watch tiktoks the time I waited was enough to fly to California. Never coming back.

Everytime i come here I have to wait 10 minutes after ordering my drink to get it, and in the meantime I get to listen to people talking crap about co-workers and work. Extremely off putting but the coffee is good .

I use to be a big supporter for this chain. With them going cashless it is hard to tip the baristas and I do like giving good servers tips. I get the safety of the employees but it isn't going to deter robbers since it is still an establishment and not everyone has a card that is accepted on their devices or wants to put money onto the cards and do two transactions that still involves taking cash. I was treated rudely the last time I went to one where barista just straight up said "we don't take cash" in a rude tone that made me not want to go with this chain anymore. I'll put my money into the other independent chains that deserve it more. Y'all are better off supporting the smaller tinier kiosks than BFJ. For Parkland go to the kiosk at Saars, Gravity or Wolfe Club. Y'all should really put it on your boards "We're cashless." Also retrain some of the barista's for better customer service. They should be saying "we're sorry, we can't accept cash." Not "We don't take cash." And maybe instead of being a 24 hr job you close down after 8 since that is when it starts to go dead if you really want to provide safety to your workers by not being open.
