Food is great. Can get really busy, so that says something there. Servers are friendly. It's kinda plain inside, but that makes it easy on the anxiety.

Expensive tasteless food. Really disappointed. Cinnamon rolls had no discernable cinnamon taste.

I have been here a few times, service is excellent and even if they are busy they always find time to be respectful to you. Food is good, nothing really special, they have a nice selection of omelettes and there home fried potatoes are excellent. If I am in the area and hungry I will come here but I won't make a special trip.

Great food! Wonderful service! The menu is extensive and delicious. The atmosphere is not very cozy, cute, or romantic... just great breakfast.

No thankyou.

I came at 9:30 Sunday morning, table for one. I walked in the door to find about 4 families waiting. I stood by the counter waiting for them to put me on the wait list for a table. The host didn't acknowledge me in any way. He SLOWLY looked over the list, grabbed menus and proceeded to seat the families already waiting. About 10 minutes passes and neither of the two hosts has even looked at me (no joke, not even a glance, they looked right through me).

Then a family of 3 shoves their way through the door and interrupts the host from grabbing menus and say they want a table. He writes their name down and walks off. The other host (a bus boy I think) walks by and I politely asked if I could get on the waiting list and he barely says "ok" scribbles me on the waiting list and walks off. 20 - 25 minutes from when I walked in the door the kid finally seats me in the back corner 2 feet from the bathroom door and the bus tray behind my back. Kid tells me, " I'll be back to get your drink", walks off. I look around and about 3/4 of the tables have people sitting at them, no server to be found. I checked my phone to see what time it was. 5 minutes pass, finally a server appears and walks right past me, not even a hello. Another couple of minutes and the host kid is seating another group next to me and I have to flag him down to ask if he can get me a coffee and an orange juice. He comes back, plops the two drinks down right on my paper menu. Whoever poured the coffee musta missed because the cup had coffee running all down the outside soaking into my menu... He walks off, not a word.

I wait another 4 or 5 minutes and finally the server for my section emerges but doesn't get to me for about 2 more minutes. She walks up "Good morning, what do you want?" I'm like "uh, omelet and a waffle" she wrinkles her face and says "huh?" I repeat myself and she goes, "that'll be extra." I assume she means substituting a waffle for toast?? I say that will be fine and she walks off without looking up from her notepad or tablet thingy. My coffee was half empty when she took my order but she didn't notice. Food came out in about 15 minutes (not to bad of a wait) but a different server, older gal brings me my food. At least she looked at me and smiled and said "Here you go, the waffles are really good!" I smilled and said thank you.

Finished eating, food was mediocre but not the worst. I put my fork down and sit back to wait for the server to notice I'm ready for the check, She walks by a few times and doesn't look in my direction. Finally I intentionally make eye contact and she says "ready for the check? You can pay right now at your table." I said okay sounds good. I give her my card and she says "oh, do you want some more coffee?" I'm like... Uh no, I'm ready to leave. She says have a good day, walks off. I get up and leave, nobody acknowledges me, not even a glance from the staff to say thanks for coming in.

So, if you want mediocre food, 40$ plate and to be ignored for an hour definitely come to this place.

Needless to say I will never come back here. And folks I'm easily pleased, this was just a miserable experience.

My family loves Biscuits Cafe. They have some great vegan options. They also have gluten free options.

I wanted to go to the poodle dog for breakfast, but I was with my parents and they insisted we try biscuits.

First time in last time, customer .

Our waitress was an absolute nightmare. Anyone who hates their job as much as she clearly did or Doese should find another career. All she’s gonna do is drive customers away from this establishment.

Maybe if I was in New York City I might expect this kind of rude treatment, but this is Federal Way, Washington not New York City .

The quality of the food was OK but dammed by the poor customer service and the filth on the floor and around the tables was disgusting

That was the worst breakfast I've ever had in my life. Undercooked eggs they don't know how to cook an English muffin. They came out basically pieces of bread. Then they charge us $77 for The worst breakfast I've ever had in my life It's not the waitress's fault they have shitty food so I tipped her still but I'm gonna put a stop payment on that meal because that was disgusting. I ordered my eggs over medium they came out slimy. So I had to order more over well and she brought me two instead of three it was just a joke by then everything was cold the English muffins were soggy it was bad

Service was terrible! We sat there for 5-10 min and she only took drink order. She brought coffee and lemonade. We had no silverware to stir coffee. She checked out 5 tables before she came and got our order. My coffee was cold by then. I never received even an offer for more coffee. When the food came we had to ask for silverware. My daughter ordered floppy bacon and her bacon came stiff and burn. My food was ok. It was very disappointing.

This trip there were only two vegan options on the menu: French toast and a breakfast burrito. Judging by the picture of the old menu, it looks like they combined the ingredients of the “Southwest Delight” into the breakfast burrito. (So the breakfast burrito had the beans, chorizo, pepper, cheez etc with salsa and vegan sour cream served on the side). The hashbrowns also come on the side. The waitress was proud to share that they even have vegan butter here when I double checked that the sour cream was vegan. Can’t wait to come back and try the French toast!
