Be aware. This place is OK but lies about their opening time. It says they open at 12 but I went there at 12:30 and waited around and the lady just looked at me she didn’t wanna open the door and she didn’t change the close sign to open either ….

I used to live in Seoul and one of the things I miss most about living there are the cute little cafés where I could get the most delicious bingsu. I couldn't find any nearly as good until I discovered the Boba Factory. So far, I've tried both the injeolmi and misutgaru flavors. Both are made with the shaved milk that stays nice and fluffy -- no slushy meltdowns. The ice is layered with the misutgaru powder in layers so the flavor is distributed throughout. The rice cake pieces in the injeolmi were a tad on the firm side. I love the flavor of the cereal toppings on the misutgaru one -- like Sugar Smack cereal but less sweet and way better.Everytime I come down from Bainbridge Island to visit my mom in Federal Way, I stop by to pick up a bingsu to go. They pack it in a nice, silver insulated bag with little ice packets that keep it chilled during the 30-minute drive to the terminal. When I arrive, waiting for the ferry is nothing as I savor my taste of Seoul.

Good prices and flavorful tea. Lots of options for sweetness and ice levels. Some places don't do that. Inside is large and clean, decorated tastefully.

My Boba smoothie was really good, but I was asked to wait like 10 minutes before they would even take my order as soon as I came in. Annoying.

My wife and I were going to visit another spot up the street (won't name the place), but we chose to try Boba Factory because the other place is a total communist business!This place didn't make you wear a face diaper and served us some delicious drinks. Many kudos and appreciate you running a business that recognizes freedom!You gotta try the oreo drink!Highly recommended!!!

The smoothies are great but the service is absolutely slow. 20 mins for 1 drink is unexceptable. The last 10 mins the second girl came on to shift but service still didn't get better or faster. I drive 45 mins to get these drinks and now it's just not worth it.

Drove by this place so many times so I finally decided to stop by.The parking threw me off because you basically park in the apartment next doors parking lot.I tried the house green tea with 0% sugar and boba which ended up being the perfect amount of sweetness for me.Next time I want to try their bingsu!!

Absolutely disgusting. They use powders for the fruit flavors and leaves a very chalky taste. Service was also disappointing, barely said 2 words to us the entire time we were there ordering.
