Came in to get food to go, ordered honey bbq 10 piece mild and fries. When I got home come to realize I had 5 honey bbq and 5 very spicy which I had to throw away. Every piece of chicken was smaller then a quarter! I was hungry for wings but was very disappointed to find out what I got!

Bad service overall, no greeter or hostess, just a sign with open seating, all tables were full of dishes no open spots or cleaned tables, asked to go order person to have someone clean them she said she will let them know, they come and walk by OUR table to clean the next one and we tell them to clean ours and she refused and said it’s a 20 minute wait. Such bad customer service, you will just stand there like a lost dog and no one will offer no help or info. IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD!

Horrible service. You have an open seating sign and then have no servers come to the table. We waited, when a server finally realized we existed she gave us an attitude when we asked for a menu. If you’re going to make it open seating, hire competent servers that pay attention to everyone who comes in.

We came in at 11pm at night, so we went in already expecting to not have the full service that they usually offer. It was open seating, so we sat down and waited about 5 minutes before a server came... There was only one server on the floor and you can tell she was working hard. She was nice to us. After about 10 minutes, we placed our orders and waited. At 11:30 exactly, the music was shut off. About 15 minutes after ordered, we finally received our meals. The boneless wings we received were cold and old. Based on the 5 different ones we got, you can tell they just mixed two different batches. They barely took the time to ensure it was sauced. Look, if they want to serve us cold food, fine, i get it. But making us wait 15 minutes for cold food is absurd. With this experience and a previous one weve had, we can say we dont plan to come back to this specific location. I highly do not recommend. At least pretend to like your job.

Standard BWW experience. The staff is what stood out for me here. Bartender was very friendly and on top of all their patrons. Good place to have a beer and get a bite for a quick stop.

We had a very disappointing experience due to how we were treated by the hostess, Jane. When we requested to be seated at a more comfortable area with poufs, she refused and claimed they were reserved for groups of six. However, we were then given a small wooden table that was clearly not suitable — especially considering that both of us are around 160 lbs.
What made it worse is that we soon noticed only three people were seated in the exact area we had requested. It felt disrespectful and unfair. Based on her attitude and decisions, it seemed like she assumed we wouldn’t bring enough value to the restaurant — which left us with the impression of discrimination or bias.
We came to enjoy our time and support the business, but were instead made to feel unwelcome. We hope management takes this seriously, as no customer should feel disrespected or judged based on appearance or assumptions.

I never got to experience the food from Buffalo wild wings, I ordered wings to be delivered a call talk to some young girl she was very rude. This would have been my very first experience with Buffalo wild wings I guess I will never happen now.

Horrible service, forgot my food, and only refunded my $20 tip. I still had to pay for the food never received. Kept my $180. Called multiple times, they started ignoring me. Not even to par for their own brand.
I came here a couple years ago and the service was poor. It is so unfortunate that the service was still poor and slow. The drinks are inconsistent particularly the strawberry margaritas. I and someone else in our table ordered the strawberry margaritas within 10 minutes of each other. Not only did mine take forever to come out it looked and tasted completely different then what my friend got. I sent it back and there was no difference and it honestly looked like they did not remake the drink but just added salt around the rim since they forgot to do it last time. I don't know what is going on with the staff at this establishment but I hope they can get it together because I will not be back.
