Buffets near Federal Way

“So the place is pretty much clean the service is crap we came here on Valentine's Day with our whole family I've been coming here for a very long time and never really had any complaints until this evening I had a person who was serving the grill be rude to us I had the person at the front desk route to us then around 7:35 my husband was grabbing some thing to drink with his dinner and I had a waitress be rude to him and tell him that this area was closed excuse me I think it says it closes at 8:00 p.m. not 7:30 when your waitress wants to clean it never in my life have I ever been so upset I took my family and left.. rolling your eyes at customers not a good thing I was totally about to give you guys a four-star for the food the food was mediocre okay you didn't have any food after 6:00 the main attraction was supposedly gone I paid $70 for crap leftovers and I'm super pissed“

“Favorite place to eat. Would recommend going during a less busy time because when it's busy it seems the food isn't as good because they are rushing food out. Ex. I love the broccoli and chicken, but the broccoli has to be soft not hard. It's only hard when not cooked long enough..aka..rushing to go the buffet. But do love the food!“

“Great customer service 👏, different varieties of food and also serve alcohol🍸. The only thing i disagree is that mandatory gratitude that is 15% if you are in a party of 5 or more. I feel they need to let you know before they charged you, there were no signs and it is not written on the receipt. Other then that, a good place to come with the family or alone.“
