I just had a burger here and thought it pretty good. They actually fixed the fries so they're not soggy anymore and they tasted fairly good. The portion size was also filling without leaving me feeling stuffed. They made good changes.

Awesome combinations on milkshakes, although they forgot 2 blend my Oreo shake so all the cookie pieces just sat all at the bottom in huge chunks as I just drank away what essentially was a vanilla shake 😐😑😮💨

The staff lately don't seem to know what they're doing or know what's on the menu and they can't seem to understand their customers because I don't think most of them we can even speak English let alone understand it properly last year or so this place is declined in its quality of service on the customer service side of things it used to be the only place we could go that always got her order right and the last several times we've gone they've gotten the order wrong and for the price you pay we've come to expect a certain quality a quality of food and a quality of service luckily the food hasn't suffered too much but the customer service side of things have definitely gone downhill we've been ordering their pound burger it's literally two half pound patties and this time they just gave us two double stacked cheeseburgers and trust me you noticed the size difference even though they roughly cost about the same but it's the burger that they're actually truly known for I hate to see its downfall I'd rather see it improve and go 100% all naturally organic non-GMO cruelty free antibiotic free steroid free at an affordable price that will never change

Really fresh food, cooked to order. A little pricier than fast food, and be prepared to wait (esp. at the drivethru). Only place I've found in Federal Way that has buffalo burgers on the menu!

You know how you can judge a good burger joint? If they serve REAL chocolate malts...and this place does. Burgers are fantastic, only thing I'd change is the fries....burgers go best with skinny fries.
