I usually love burger express and have always had a good experience. But, they just gave me the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had in my life (Sunday night). That hit me worse than covid.

Really fresh food, cooked to order. A little pricier than fast food, and be prepared to wait (esp. at the drivethru). Only place I've found in Federal Way that has buffalo burgers on the menu!

You know how you can judge a good burger joint? If they serve REAL chocolate malts...and this place does. Burgers are fantastic, only thing I'd change is the fries....burgers go best with skinny fries.

I can’t express my disappointment here….their burgers have become smaller and aren’t the same! They use to have the best massive thin patty, big bun burgers on the planet! Cutting corners and raising costs for less food, I refuse to go back!

I came because they have charbroil burgers. They're OK, I've had better. Big fry portion, and their pretty cheap, staff is great.
Delicious burgers! Chicken burgers are also good, not dry. Decent mix of soft fries and crispy ones, with part of the skin on them

First time visit and sort of odd. Ordered the California Burger. Requested no mayo, sub BBQ sauce,and no tomato. Got mayo, BBQ sauce, and tomatoes, minor mistake no worries and still a pretty good burger. The odd part was that online it says the California Burger comes bacon, avocado (really guacamole paste), and with choice of cheese. The big menu board in the restaurant says it comes with bacon, Swiss cheese, and avocado. My receipt had a $0.50 charge that said "sub swiss". I questioned the up charge and was offered to have it refunded, I declined. However not 5 minutes later was told that the charge was correct and that it normally comes with cheddar cheese. When I pointed it out that their big printed menu hanging from the wall said it came with swiss I was told that their sign was wrong. So apparently both their online website is wrong and their in-store menu is also wrong, very odd. The onion rings were pretty good also.
