My family and I frequent this location quite often as this is the closest location to us and we usually use the coupon for the family pack. I haven't visited this location in a while due to being busy with life and trying to eat better. However, I saw that they were doing a SpongeBob collab so I had to stop by. They had a digital exclusive deal to get most of the SpongeBob items but the drink so I got that separately. I forgot that you have to order the specific meal to get the themed box so I didn't get that unfortunately. The Whopper was just a Whopper which is such a shame because a secret sauce would have been cool but I know their Wendy's collab had that. Now the rest of the special collaborations are way better as we really enjoyed the tots, slushie and pie was great.
The staff here are always friendly and professional, even on the debut day of the SpongeBob collab where they were definitely the busiest that I've seen them in years. Our food was made to order quickly and everything was crafted carefully. I also didn't get an option to change my sauce for a side order of onions on the app but I truly appreciated the staff asking which sauce I wanted. The spaces that weren't touched by customers were clean which is great and it was a busy day, so I'm sure staff couldn't really take time to clean while they were busy during dine-in, drive-thru and delivery/app orders. A great Burger King for those who want Burger King.

I don't understand how their pricing is I just want to share that I got combos medium and I got charge on fries and drink 🙃 I order another combo which is large fries and a drink and was not charge on it am like what world am I in 🤣🤣 that's y I only go there only a last min.
Best fast food, of all the heavyweights, in the game! Char broiled burgers, are easily the best you can get! Rings, are really great! And fries, too! Best shakes, in my humble opinion! Only complaint, that I have is, that they can't seem to get my revulsion, to disgusting pickles! Not to insult pickle lovers, everywhere, but what if you requested pickles and they consistently forgot them? Wouldn't you get perturbed, after the 67th time they did it, in a row? Even after you bitched at them out loud, 66 times? Well... There you have it! Gimmie a Wopper,... No pickles!!!...

I did not get what I ordered, she 'misheard' me when I asked for a small coffee. It's ok that she ignored me when I walked up, she was doing her job stocking the front counter. But I cross the line at not recieving what I paid for. I wanted a Bacon Egg and Cheese, with a small coffee. I don't demand that people kitow to me, but if I PAY for something, I want that. I don't have the time to split hairs, I got to work too. Don't go here if you're short on time, you'll get what they want to give you.
