Placed a mobile order using my points to get a jr chicken sandwich. Got the sandwich felt hot, figured it was nice and fresh. Took a bite, chicken tasted chewy. I spit out, wrapped the sandwich back up so I can check when I get home. Why is my chicken raw??? Didn’t want to cook the chicken full time?? Kept calling the store no answer.

So I went though the drive thru. Windows are pretty clean but I got my Chicken fries put in opposite boxes. Normal was in spicy and spicy was in normal. Overall 3 stars

Fries were good, buns were good, fixin's were good' employees we're professional, but i'd rather eat a whopper patty that had been dropped on the floor, because at least it would have had some flavor
We waited in the drive through line, just to be told when we finally got to order they were only serving chicken products. No sign or anything up to prevent us from waiting in line for no reason. This was at 6:30 pm, 5.5 hours before close. Very poorly planned and run.

I usually don't have an issue with this location but went there for an ice cream cone and when I pulled up to the window the person taking the orders was at the beverage machine. He was preparing someone's drink as well as one for himself, he drank whatever it was in his cup and I guess he didn't like it so he poured it out. He then proceeds to use the ice scoop to put ice in his cup and the cup of the person that placed an order. If he was using a straw I probably wouldn't have said anything but dude the ice scoop is touching the rim of the cup that you just had your mouth on‼️‼️
Things like this really make it easy to eat at home‼️‼️

Last 4 times I've ordered from this location on Uber eats they have forgotten something, a burger, drinks, and this time a shake. Tried to call location and they didn't pick up. Would not recommend. Not coming back.
