Food is made lobby, and twice now has fallen apart as I take it out of the wrapper. Also, they close their doors and do drive through. they are just lazy and especially when the lobby is closed and focused on drive-through, should be no excuses. Also, I can't rate on the atmosphere since they are not open to have one, lol.

I take my husband here almost every week. Of course because he wants a delicious bacon burger. But let me tell you… The service is terrible and extremely SLOW! I do not recommend going here. Unfortunately this is the only BK near our home. They really should fix their customer service. The employees look high all the time. They gave me the wrong order once and had informed me they couldn’t change it to the correct order. Ridiculously incompetent service.

Almost $17 for a Whopper Jr, a Cheeseburger, two drinks, and one fry.The Whopper Jr was a far cry from what is advertised on the menu. At first I thought they had forgotten to add the meat. Contrary to the pictures, the meat is just a little sheet of a patty, much smaller in diameter than the bun. It was basically a cheeseburger minus cheese, plus lettuce and tomato for nearly $4. This is over a dollar more than the cheeseburger.This brings to mind the old commercial: "Where's the beef‽"Total waste of money.

The amount of bone I've found in your breakfast sausage is appalling. I thought it was a fluke so I gave you another chance and again found several hunks of bone in your breakfast sausage. That being said, I will not be giving you a third chance. Solid, rough white chunks.

Don't be fooled. This is a Melt according to the restaurant. I ordered the bacon melt and the first only had sauce and came out like a double cheeseburger. This was the remake and it has 2 slices of bacon. Improvement, but not a $6 double cheeseburger did I ask for. Rest was solid. Good service and atmosphere.
