Loved this place ! The lemon hot tea and BLT was my go to.
Hope they can reopen another location
I've heard it's going to be ONIT cafe now

The drinks were blend and gross. Please use higher quality drink mix or add more of it. It used to taste a lot better years ago :(

The taro shaved ice isn't bad but I've had better at other places. The service wasn't very good as the people working there were young and not that friendly/ nice. The yogurt drink I received I didn't drink much of because it felt like I was chewing unblended powder/ sugar in every sip. I'm not sure if I'd come again, but the atmosphere was a nice place to study or catch up with some friends!

good cafe

Would have been 10 times better if they served my coffee in a mug instead of a gas station looking cup. The food was beautiful but again I was given plastic cutlery that was probably bought at the dollar store. ( terrible quality)
Other than that It was a cute little place once you got inside. The outside is a little sketchy

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Shared a shaved ice dessert with family and it was really delicious. Can't wait to take other family there for the shaved ice desserts.

Parking: Located in a small shopping center that shares a parking lot, can get crowded when busy.

Some of the employees are rude and seem like they don’t want to be there. Prices are great though for the portions you get

Cute place to hangout, share a shaved ice, or do some work. We split a strawberry shaved ice and it was light and refreshing.

Me and my family always come here every time we want to eat bingsu but last night the service was really bad. I know that doing customer service is not easy but if you work at least you should be polite and nice when you work. I will never come back :)

There is nothing one can say bad about a cafe. Anybody who goes to a cafe know what to expect and are really respectful of each other's space. The staff greet you with a smile and are eager to answer any questions you may have. My wife says they served the best white mocha frap and my party was extremely satisfied with what they ordered. I got the fruit shaved ice and mannnnnnnn....what do they say in Hawaii? Broke Da Mouf!!!!

I wanted to try this place but after reading the reviews I had a change of heart, especially after the owner replied to a review in a negative disrespectful way.

Super nice staff. I’ve left my bag at the cafe and it was 22:50. I called the cafe and the staff waited me at the door till 23:15 till I can drive back to take my bag. Very impressive!! Plus the green tea shaved ice here is super good. The ice is soft with rich of green tea taste. I’m highly recommend this place to have coffee and dessert after a dinner nearby.

Place is getting old. Furniture's look like free stuff from Craig's list. Service is usually bad. I will still be drinking coffee there for lack of better place to go. Or Mcdonalds might be as good.

This place is kind of really gross. The drinks were not good the desserts were nothing like the pictures and were not good and it was dirty and muggy inside. I'm really not all that picky but this place grosses me out.
