Place is getting old. Furniture's look like free stuff from Craig's list. Service is usually bad. I will still be drinking coffee there for lack of better place to go. Or Mcdonalds might be as good.

Went here for bingsoo (shaved ice) years ago- it's HUGE, shareable for sure. It's opened late night so it's really popular. I usually go for a fruity tea here and the staff is always nice about giving suggestions! The venue is super old so it's not an aesthetically pleasing place.

This place is kind of really gross. The drinks were not good the desserts were nothing like the pictures and were not good and it was dirty and muggy inside. I'm really not all that picky but this place grosses me out.

this place has the best bing soo i've had! the fruit was fresh and the dish was the perfect sweetness. our dish came out relatively fast and the presentation was great. the inside seems a little outdated but the vibe of the place is there! i will definitely be returning.

Been coming here for about a year with a few people to have meeting’s. We consume beverage's, food not that often maybe a desert. Apparently they are taking reservations in the back room I was there last week and it was blocked with a sign on a chair saying “ reserved “ I was there till 10 pm. I asked the person upfront where was the group that reserved it and her words were they will be here at 7 pm. Huh?! Also their deserts are pricey for a macaron $7. I can’t recommend this cafe. I recommended a few people and they as well aren’t very happy about that day we were there to have our meeting.

the place is not bad, but it needs repair, replacement of chairs... The last time I was here was 4 years ago, but nothing has changed, except the painted walls, I cannot recommend this place.

We were in the area and decided to save time by ordering our drinks online in advance. When we got there 10 minutes later, they hadn't even noticed our order! If you're going to offer the option to order online, at least pay attention to these orders just as you would with in-person orders. The place wasn't even crowded. Our matcha drinks were way too sweet for our liking (not entirely Cafe Noir's fault, we probably should have made a note in our online order or something). I hate wasting food and can usually tolerate a little bit of sweet flavor, but I had to throw away my drink only after 2 sips unfortunately. We won't repeat.

If I could give a negative star then I would. I always go to this cafe by myself or with a group of people and I never had this big of a problem until today. I was ordering food for myself and my husband and some of my friends. They didn’t want any drink but some sweets and I ordered for them. I did forget my wallet and asked my husband to go and get it from my car. And he came back and gave me the wallet and while I was about to pay, my husband asked to go to the bathroom because he needed to go really badly. One of the girl (with pink hair) told him to order food first then he can go, while some of my other friends already ordered food and gave him the code on the receipt because she didn’t want to give it to him. She flipped out(only when we started to speak in Ukrainian) and started telling us to leave saying that we are disrespectful and that we can come by later. She made a fuss saying that we aren’t welcome here and that we weren’t listening. While my friends kept on asking and trying to understand how he couldn’t go to the bathroom even when we ordered food and got the receipt. She said that HE (aka my husband) has to order food and not me… even though I ordered for him… the other two people that were working there were chill about it. It’s just her that kept on telling us to leave when we weren’t doing anything and trying to understand her. She never gave us a good answer why and kept on saying it’s on their policy, we asked to see their policy and she just kept on yelling and kicking us out.It wasn’t my first time with her being rude to me and my friends. I never had problems with anyone there and I loved going there. It’s just sad how she treated us when we never did anything wrong.
