The food is fine, anytime they get busy though they radiate the stress to everyone else. Also the ice cream cones seem to be a hit or miss sometimes you get three swirls others one others maybe a little blob if that.

The worst experience ever. Our food was extremely cold when getting our food from the l drive-through. We Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy however, when driving 15 minutes from home, our item was missing we asked for our food to be replaced and remade. Krystalin or Christine And Abby, the managers on duty were very unprofessional and refused to help us. Krystalin was laughing and had extreme attitude . Crystalline was so overwhelmed. She had other employees patting her on the back, calming her down.When we asked for the corporate number, she proceeded to give us the store number while laughing. However, there was another gentleman that had been waiting for 15 minutes after confirming that his order was already made, and they were going to hand it to him She then offered to remake his food for the inconvenience. Itās really unfortunate & and a As long as they are, āManagerā do not come here. not to mention, the entire countertop was filled with rags from the red bucket. Dirty trays, open lemonade, buckets Employees to go cups. do not come here .

Worst chick fil an experience ever!! Was not given a menu to look at in the drive thru. I ask for a large meal and was given a medium drink. Drove all the way home to realize the food was cold and they didnāt put my sandwich in the bag. I drove all the way back thinking they would remake my meal. I get there and I calmly asked them to remake my meal. I was told by Krystalin and Abbi Both mangers on duty that they could only just replace the sandwich and not my fries. Iāve never heard of this in my life when dealing with Chick Fil A. Upset I asked for the corporate number and was given the number to there location. When I told Krystalin she had given me their store number, she laughed and said oh Iām sorry let me go check again. I called the corporate number ,but there customer service was already closed. I will be calling in the morning. I will never go back to this location as long as they are managing. Ps. Countertop where they keep the lemonade was dirty also

First time coming here and i ordered a salad and mac n cheese. Both had a piece of hair in the food, disappointed but gave 5 stars just cause of the customer service.
Drive up sign needed to be more visible. It is a poster menu without any lights on it. We could barely read it. And it was going to low for anyone except the driver to see.
