I came here because my sister offered to treat me after fixing her car. The Asian male manager was upset I was not paying for the ice cream. Said that is a man’s job etc. after explaining this was just a treat for fixing her car, he says it doesn’t matter. Not sure if this man pays for everything for every woman in his life and still is single or what, but maybe mind your business!

Came here around 6PM on Wednesday, May 23rd 2024.I got the cheesecake fantasy and it tasted great.What wasn't great was my experience here. During my visit, there were three employees working there at the time I believe: an Indian woman, a blond white woman, and an Asian male. The Indian woman and the Asian male were incredibly nice, professional, and respectful.However, the blond white woman was literally the rudest person I've ever met. She lacks any sort of customer service and was not only rude to us, but also rude to her coworkers and other customers, to where everyone was visibly uncomfortable from her utter lack of professionalism.This person should not be employed in any customer-facing business at any capacity. Business/franchise owner, if you're reading this, please re-evaluate your employee roster and make operations more lean.Lean: a set of management practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating waste. This girl is the epitome of waste.
