If 0 stars were an option. The customer is an afterthought. Constantly cut off while trying order asking if I want anything else. The blizzards get barely anything added to them then lazily mixed so the bottom half is JUST vanilla icecream. Just go buy a tub of icecream for the same price, better icecream and you won't be rushed out the door so they can take the next customers money.

Good food. Not to much going on for them tho. Used to come around for a good priced mushroom Swiss burger but they have said 4 times in a row their outta of it or made some excuse so honestly havent been back in a couple months. But their food was good quality when I used to go. Only gonna give 3 stars tho because the issue with always having excuses for items that aren't in the hot trays.

Clean restaurant with an excellent rating on the window. I ordered a 4 piece chicken and got 5. The staff/franchise owner was super friendly and attentive.

I spent 25 dollars on three terrible burgers.
No lettuce just a large onion and tomato drenched in ketchup and mayonnaise.
Bacon quality was poor.
All three burgers were not edible and went straight to the trash.

The nerve.. I was completely appalled by the price then the quality was straight bull.
Bacon cheeseburger deluxe with a large onion and tomatoes drenched in ketchup and mayonnaise no lettuce, poor bacon quality for 7.99 get real.
I threw all 3 burgers in the trash 🗑️

We went to get food, costumer service was horrible the food didnt taste good at all. We been to different DQ and this DQ is really off from the others. (Not flipping the blizzard) we end up throwing our food away when we got home.

Terrible, every time we go here. We really like the s’mores blizzard and EVERY TIME they put in like 3 pieces of chocolate (no exaggeration), ask for extra and they up charging for every single ingredient. No other DQ does that 🥲
They either mess up the order completely or never ring up what we ask correctly every time and it’s always literally just 2 s’mores blizzards 😭

Been here several times. Blizzards are always thick with lots of toppings and blended perfect. They are always polite and kind too.

9/2 I wanted to edit my review to show a photo how amazing the blizzards are. They are exactly how they show in commercials.
