Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Totally disappointed that the current owners have decided not to honor the $8 meal deals anymore. I went to order one today was told it was no longer available. but it still showed on line. It was allowing me to order online abd after I showed him he went to his back office and then I got an error msg. He claims corporate told everyone to stop selling it. LIES because I still could get it in Fife. I will never frequent here again!!!!

Had a dipped cone, so good in this heat! Real soft serve ice cream, so delicious.
Interior is clean and updated. Service is friendly.

The food is inconsistent. Last time we ate there, the food was fresh and hot. This visit, the food was already made and just warm. The oil used to fry the chicken strips and fries was not fresh and made the food bitter. The sundae was very good.

Shocked to see their prices compared to the other Dairy Queens in the area, very expensive.

They need to update their drive thru hours! Says the drive thru stays open until 11pm. They are open until 10pm

Great comeback. The current owners of this Dairy Queen have made 100% turnaround, improvements to quality and service. Orders are now right, they train their staff in courtesy, they do an exceptionally good job of delivering your food whether you're in the drive-through or in the dining room. Hey it's still fast food, but great location. Twin Lakes area way better than Pac Hwy

Disappointed. Poorly made ice cream treat this evening and no means of communicating with the location in Federal Way via the website - just a phone number that wasn't answered. They weren't that busy. Would have preferred to engage thr store without driving back with melting unsatisfactory item. Dairy Queen, you missed the mark tonight.

One blizzard that had a huge air pocket in the middle, so large it was like buying a medium and getting a small. Not enough Reeses pieces either. Early summer new hires not ready for prime time?

Does Dairy Queen still weigh most or all the treats? That would have solved this issue.

This location is really dirty and disgusting, the food is always stale and old and somehow my ice cream comes out melted every time. The guys at the front window are really creepy to young women. I will not be back

Thank you, Dairy Queen for responding back so quickly. I appreciate how you care and value your customers. I'm rewriting my review because Jaz and Z, took the initiative to show how it's important for Dairy Queen to show the meaning of what team work is about and what quality over quantity means. Z called me right away and explained the reason for the minor mistake , new hires and still in training. I returned the next day and ask for Jaz or Z ! I spoke with Jaz, he was very helpful and professional. Remade my whole order from the previous day. I'm a satisfied customer and will return to Dairy Queen again. Overall the whole outcome was handled in a timely manner. Thank you, Customer Service team, management and supervisor. Keep up the good work !

I have to say I read these bad comments but have had nothing but the best experience. The one time I can say anything kind of negative is I was given the wrong blizzard and didn't notice till I got home. I emailed and let the store know and the owner personally called me to apologize and make everything right. I couldn't believe it.. Great customer service. Every time I go there I leave happy.

It would be negative stars if i could. It was like bargaining at a street market experience. Older middle asian man took my order at drive thru. I ordered 2 for $5 chicken strips and medium oreo shake. He repeated ok I have converted your order to a chicken strip basket because its CHEAPER....what he really meant was he $$$ up charged my order to give me fries that i did not want without my permission-thinking I wouldn't catch on.
