Messed up my order, forgot my burrito, forgot the tomatoes on my taco. I hate paying for items and not receiving them. I don't know how they were in a rush I sat there for 10 min. Retrain your staff, not that hard.

I went through the drive through window and the young Somali guy with the headset on was just super rude! First I asked for hot sauce with my order and had to repeat myself 3 times cause he claimed he couldn't hear me so I had to nearly yell it to him got my food but when I asked for a cup holder for my drinks he gave me a really messed up look turned around said something to his co-worker and handed me the holder with a mad look on his face! He really needs some customer service training or does not need to work at the window either way something needs to change.

The only thing that's really rocked me here were the churros. The chicken cheese rollers are nasty, the cheese on my quesadilla wasn't fully melted, and I found a hair in my breakfast taco(that did taste good btw) the snack shake is a regular shake you'd get anywhere. The churros, I'd eat again. Everything else, not as much.
