Been coming here for 20 years and the last year the service has gone downhill. Last time the server was rude and the food felt like it was sitting for a while before getting to the table and that might explain the nearly hour wait time for two people. Once we finally got our food the server dropped the check right away and she stopped coming by to fill our coffees. I thought Denny's was a place where you used to be able to sit and talk while you ate.

Just got done eating a tasty breakfast. Betty Thuney my waitress, was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. Shout out to the cook, best gravy I have ever had at Dennys. This is the cleanest Dennys I have ever seen.

Update. I have been here with a rotation of staff pretty regularly now. Everyone is nice, don't be offended if it is really late and they don't let you into the bathroom. There are a lot of questionable people that approach the only 24 hour bathroom around. They have cleaned enough incidents to worry about who uses the washrooms.

This Denny's is dirty and gross. The bathrooms had noticeably not been cleaned well in a significant amount of time. There was drips and smears all over the wall, and the paper towels were empty. Waitress was rude and unorganized. Didn't bother to write down our order, so 2 of our plates were wrong or missing items. The food was okay for Denny's, but everything seemed cold! She said my fries were fresh, but you could have fooled me. I would not advise stopping at this Denny's. Find something else, or another close by that has better reviews, as this one definitely lives up to the poor reviews already!

The worst place i have been to in Federal Way. We literally waited 30-40 minutes for our food. Then when we finally get it ...it's cold. The place has no workers. One young lady tried to cater to all the guests with what looked like a scared expression on her face. Where was her back up, manager hello ...hire some folks. I commend that poor young lady for keeping her cool and doing what she could for the customers waiting for their meals. I asked for the manager who just happened to get there and i chose to leave. Cold food no thank you.
