I did carry out and my order was completed in a very timely manner and both pizza's are yummy.I recommend the gluten free crust. It's yummy.

I always order online for in-store pickup. I always have good experiences here. Orders are usually ready for pickup in about 15 minutes. The pizzas are good. The pasta is also great. My kids prefer Domino's over other chains.

I’ve only order from this location once but it was a good experience. The only thing is we like out pizza well done and it was a little under cooked for us. The service was good, the employees were friendly, ordering was easy and accurate. The timing of the order being ready was exactly on schedule with the pizza tracker. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick place to order pizza without having to compromise on the quality or value of their meal.

Horrible! Found pecies of burnt apron in my pizza. Went back and even with out the apron still nasty. Disgusting after taste. Bunch of people who don't care about they're job.

Their sandwiches are great! Love them and they are still great heated or cold the next day or evening. Being able to order online is a saving grace, I can make sure I get everything I could possibly want with and only have my self to blame if I miss a special. Delivery drivers were kind courteous and quick worth every penny of their 25% tip. ( never forget to treat your food delivery drivers or food makers well, believe me you will thank me when you realize , there are no cameras in the cars) ? ( * never has a delivery driver done anything questionable to my food it's a just in case precaution)

Don't bother.. twice in row (June and November), they didn't follow my order. 2nd time, they refused to remake because it was almost closing time and refused to redeliver.

I called 3x they didn’t answer I then went inside when I got in to order the guy said picking up I said no ordering he said oh we hour wait we not taking orders . 0 stars

Ordered 4 pizzas for a birthday party cheese and pepperoni. The simplest pizzas to make. It took an hour to complete the pizzas. I had asked for delivery and I gave a 25% tip to be nice. We never got the delivery, after waiting another 30 minutes past the pizza completion time. My dad had to drive to get the pizza. It came back cold and nasty. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone via phone during the long wait. And I also went to the location to get a refund for the poor service. The staff made excuses saying that football games is why they didn’t provide the delivery service. Then they didn’t give me a refund. Instead lead me to the customer service line. Another line that had no human interaction ability. All text and email. After 5 days of waiting for customer service to respond to me, they simply stated they were so sorry and they strive for outstanding service…. And then proceeded to send my info to the same pizza location for some kind of service. So essentially I came full circle, and still no refund. This location in twin lakes, Tacoma is not good. Go to papa Murphy’s across the street. Humans pick up the phone over there.

My online order was late by over 2 hours!!! And online it said 30 min for pickup! Had to feed kids frozen Safeway pizza, and they just said “we’re busy”Ordered pizza at 6:04pm, at time of order website said 30 min for take out. Then on the order it was changed to 34-44 min. Came in to pick up, pizza was not yet being made, came in 2nd to pick up at 7pm- 56 min after order, the guy up front said my pizza is soon to be made, they need another 20-25 min. I left, had to feed my kids.We stopped by at almost 8pm- almost 2 hours after placing online order- and the guy said my pizza has not been made yet!! 2 hours after order was placed they didn’t even start making my pizza!!! Just because they are busy! And they didn’t do anything to make up for it. Busy by 2 hours?? If that’s how long it takes to make a pizza, write so on the website so people know when they order. I was expecting food for my kids in 30 min, and having kids wait extra 2 hours for pizza is not acceptable.
Never let me down in nearly a decade of being here. Great food, always ready for when you arrive, service is nice and just good enough to get me in and out very quickly, must be good management at this location. Very clean restaurant as well.

I gave one star for the driver . The pizza quality is not good. Dry and cold . I’ve ordered last time and reported to the corporate . So I’m expecting they will do good the next time I will order . The same thing I’ve got. .cold and dry . And when I’ve tried to call they don’t answer . I’m not into refund or replacement .my point is people is working hard for the money we spent here . Plus we give tip . And the pizza is not cheap . From now on I will just buy the frozen pizza and put my own toppings on it . It’s actually better .

First time going to a Domino's. Ordered in-store. The young lady who took our order was so helpful. The. Caesar salad and pizza were great. We will be back.

They gave us a pizza that was under baked then when I brought it back to the store the employees made some sardonic remark under his breath about half the pizza being half-eaten implying we were lying so we could get a second pizza for free. Never going there again.

Pizza comes out doughy, always take longer than the 40ish minutes given, customer service here sucks. Definitely will just order from the one on pac hwy, worth the little extra drive it is
