Love this place! I've missed Anthem Coffee in Puyallup/Tacoma and I've been looking for a few years for a good coffee place in the Federal Way area and finally found Ebony and Ivory which is amazing!
I used to be a regular at the Tacoma location however when I visited the Federal Way location, I was astounded by the hospitality and service here! Maya is so welcoming and has an amazing personality, always willing to strike a conversation with me and she is very quick when it comes to making coffee! I love how she builds relationships with her customers and truly makes them feel taken care of when they walk into the cafe. Since meeting Maya, I've only gone to this location...
Some of the fastest and most consistent baristas I've ever seen. Super friendly and focused on their customers. They will remember your name, favorite drink, and genuinely care about how you're doing, all while slamming out drinks and taking new orders. They run a clinic on how to run a coffee shop.
They pull espresso shots that are so dialed in, they taste like chocolate, just incredible!
