$15 for a tiny piece of cake. The food is good but the prices are outrageous.
Delicious!! This place was recommended to me by a coworker. Super impressed with the tamales and all the variety they had. SO GOOD!! The masa was nice, tender, and not dry. I highly recommend trying them out!! I can't wait to go back!

Prices are amazing, the girl at the counter was super friendly and even brought out the burrito. Honestly, the amount of ingredients you get for the price is an absolute steal. Wishing the business all the best — and if you’re wolf-hungry, this is definitely the spot to hit!

I was standing at the back of the restaurant answering a work phone call. The lady at the front stared daggers at me and yelled for me to order, so I walked outside to finish my phone call. I came back inside to order and navigated her being obviously annoyed with me to order. I waited for less than 20 minutes and had my food and was out the door. The Al Pastor tacos were dry, mild, and altogether underwhelming. The spicy pork tamales were soggy, not wrapped well, and were strictly spicy and not really pork flavored. Maybe I messed up and got lesser than normal service. Maybe it was a bad day. But I won’t be returning.

Great Tamales. Tried 3.
Chicken. Masa was wonderful, chicken and little dry.
Chicken mole. Very good.
Pork, a bit salty, but good.
Will go back again.

My girlfriend and I got some tameles from this place. The quality of the tamales are really bad and very expensive. I found hair in some of the tamales and I don't think they know how to measure the ingredients because some of contain too much lard. Unfortunately my girlfriend got some stomachache after eating some tamales. Customer service is not very friendly. The lady seems to be in a bad mood all the time.
Was craving a good torta place that does chicken, this place is the one of the best place to get tortas and tamarindo 10/10 very good!

I usually love their tamales, but the last two times that I've been here with today being the most recent, they microwaved the tamales and it's all dried out. I was wondering what took so long and it's because the lady was in the back microwaving my beef tamales. She took the chicken ones out of the steam pans in the front, but went to the back to microwave the beef one. I wish they would just say that they're out of it instead of doing this which now means that I will have to find another place to buy from. When it's properly steamed, it's very good 👍🏽 but they lost me with not being consistent. I do wish them the best and hope that they change their ways with using a microwave.

I am basing this review entirely on the service I received, which was a horrible experience. The woman who assisted my friends and me was incredibly unkind. When I asked her a few simple questions, such as which atole was the most popular, she responded with an unpleasant attitude.
I hesitated for less than a minute while deciding, and she abruptly told me to step aside so she could help the person behind me. Her dismissal was both rude and rushed. I felt disrespected and will definitely not be returning.

I used to come here a lot because the tamales are decent. Despite the snobbiness of the owner, I looked past that and just came for the tamales because the bakery items are under flavoured and overpriced. They are not honest here. They sneak in extra charges without telling you. Do just be aware when going here. There is no warm welcome or comfortable place to sit here, either.
When you feel worse when you leave than when you came in, that's a problem. This woman doesn't care about her customers, only their money.

Not sure if I caught them on a bad day but man, that was first and last time I'm stopping by. I orderrd take-out because I've heard great things about their tamales. I walked in, saw a lady, and told her I have a take-out order and gave her my name. No one said hello, how can I help you or anything else. When she handed me my order I noticed that the Coca Cola that came with my order was a canned one not bottles so I asked her "oh the order does not come with the bottle Coke?". She just said no and that was it. The only word that this woman said to me in this whole interaction was No...ummm what? I found the interaction hilarious and will definitely not come back. The tamales were okay but not the best I've had. The sad customer service experience was such a turn off.

Ordered Chicken Mole Tamales, rice and beans. Tamales were pretty much nothing but soggy corn meal and a sliver of chicken. Save your money.
