Came in this afternoon for a nutty banana but ended up trying one of their secret menu items: the chunky monkey, which was delicious! Perfectly blended. I also ordered a mocha bliss for my partner and even though there was only one person working she was super fast! And very nice customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s currently 6:52pm their store says they close at seven. When I walked in the girl told me they were closed. Their doors wasn’t even locked and the open sign was still on. She could have simply made one more smoothie.

My mom and I have been coming to emerald city for years, and we absolutely love these smoothies! But I wanted to take the time to come on here and shout out Natalie for her great service. We love coming to get smoothies when she’s working because she always remembers our order and has such a great personality and vibe. She’s just great. Yall should Give her a raise cuz she deserves it !?

Well, I generally go to the one in Tacoma, yes Tacoma and I get excellent service so excellent that the young lady knows my order down. So I had decided to stop at this location today. When I walk in I was not greeted no problem it's early and the lady was already helping someone, but another customer walked in of the same race as the attendant she greeted her right away ok, but then after helping the previous customer the attendant acted as if I wasn't there and immediately helped the other customer who walked in no the other customer was not picking up a call in order and she was not a u er eat delivery she ordered as of I would so I just walked out upon me walking out I heard laughter.
Smoothies are always great and the staff is always smiling.
