Ezell's Famous Chicken

The girl with a blonde is very nice! She got great service! I think she needs to be promoted, from the comfort of her work ethics.

Food and service we’re excellent but music was to load and they had homeless people with all their bags and shopping cart inside the restaurant, one individual was was coughing and sneezing without covering his face plus someone was in the men’s room all the time we were there

We always get the spicy chicken!

The did was great, was still hot when I picked it up, and staff was friendly to me and my daughter. Love this place!

Pretty good

Ezell’s has really gone down hill. The spicy chicken is far from spicy. The tenders were small and limp, they had more breading than actual protein. I would not recommend this Ezell’s - Safeway fried chicken is probably better than this.

I was there November the 7th 2024 and there was a worker who was very rude and unwelcoming. The lady that took my order was find, but the lady who was bagging up the food was very rude and nasty. This kinda person will mess up one's business. This person have false eyelashes and were very long. She needs to take training on how to be kind and welcoming. This Ezell was in Federal Way, WA. Parking: Usually hard to find parking so have to walk a bit sometimes. Not much handicapped parking even though there’s quite a few businesses in the area

Vegetarian options: The rolls were SPOT on. Just needed a little butter and drizzle of honey....yum
