My first visit at the Federal Way location. Our server, Soh Young, was a ray of sunshine. She was engaging and professional and she made you feel like you’re at home. I remembered my first visit to the Black Bear Diner in Northern California off the I-5 freeway. Great portion size food. You will not leave hungry.

We have been customers here for years, one of the best things is once a server gets to know you, its like walking into a diner version of Cheers. Pamela always makes us feel welcome and she is very professional but nice and chatty. Everyone tries to make every customer comfortable. The food has always been excellent I included a picture of "The Grizz" and "The Bigfoot" but we didnt order the giant biscuits everyone raves about, we just went for toast, I mean theres SO MUCH FOOD HERE! (We took alot home)

Still better than IHOP! I'd come back here.Our server was great and definitely experienced. This was everything you'd expect from a classic chain breakfast restaurant.
Just want to say that Malyssa is just the sweetest, most attentive, personable server I've had in a long while. She really knew her stuff and didn't rush me like most breakfast places!! 2 thumbs up to the kitchen too!!

Stopped in for the first time and it was great! I had the country fried steak and eggs and it was absolutely delicious. Malyssa, was my server and she made it an experience. I can't say enough about her. She answered all my questions and kept my drink full. She deserves 10 stars!

This place is a greasy joint, and all the dishes were made wrong without honoring our "special" requests which were pretty simple asks: please add choc chips to one ? order and please make it extra crispy on the potatoes (ofc no problem waiting longer for that) but not only did our waitress give us attitude over 2 simple asks both requests were ignored by the kitchen staff and even more attitude to adjust. I did not enjoy my meal here. The 1 star is earned solely by the checkout staff upfront who are really sweet and understanding. Lastly, way too much for breakfast (cost did not meet value).

Ordered breakfast on my way to work, got to work order was missing my bacon. Usually I don't call restaurants to complain just take it as a loss, but this was extra bacon I paid like $4-5 for. I called told worker that answered the issue, she put me on hold another lady the GM Tanisha picked up quickly, I told her my issue. She apologized, asked me my name and said that she was going to prepare a whole other breakfast for me super courteous and professional. I told her I was at work now which was close but couldn't leave to pick up new breakfast at that time. So she asked where I worked and said that she would have someone there deliver to me ? Wow!! That's customer service!! Chelsea delived ?? thanks. Fresh and hot new breakfast and she threw in two delicious Bearclaws that I've never tried!! Tanisha and Chelsea made my morning! Thanks again.
