Good food but the dining room needs better care. Everytime I'm there I have to clean up the table before I eat. (Uodate: The dining room was spotless. The burgers, as always, were what I wanted and expected. Love this place. Looking forward to my next visit.)

I’ve always liked Five Guys, but this visit was frustrating because I wasn’t able to get my order entered correctly. I ordered two cheeseburgers “all the way,” but asked to replace the grilled onions with raw onions on both burgers. Somehow the modification kept getting entered incorrectly, even after I tried to clarify multiple times.
It became clear that there was a communication barrier at the register, and despite my efforts to explain the change, the order still wasn’t entered the way I requested. I eventually gave up and accepted it as-is because the interaction was becoming confusing for both of us.
The staff member seemed to be trying, so this isn’t about blaming them personally. But as a customer, it’s disappointing when you can’t get a simple modification applied correctly. I hope the location provides more support or training so order accuracy and communication are smoother. I’d really like to have a better experience next time because the food is usually great.

Ordered pickup bacon cheese and little bacon cheese burger with large fries. I don't know what happened but the food was trash. My burger (the little) was all broken up like it wasn't a full patty... bite size pieces of burger or something and had a crazy ratio of toppings/sauce. Also we ordered a large fry and definitely didn't get the usual amount they tasted fine though at least. My husband said his Burger was bad as well.Really sad because I've always loved five guys but never again!
Great burger as usual,couldn't finish, I had ordered the bacon cheeseburger, I think next time I'll get a jr burger.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and made it a lettuce wrap. I added jalapeno, mushrooms, onions, tomato and nacho l mayo. The ingredients were fresh, and the burger patties had a clean grilled/charred flavor with a hint of salt.
It was a good meal and the free peanuts made for a nice side.

Had a great experience at Five Guys today. The lady with black glasses greeted us with a big smile when we walked in. The order went smoothly and the food was delicious. Highly recommended this place.
