Also the fries taste healthier than McDonald's and any other fast food fries. Regular or Cajun flavor available. Burger is double patty. You can request as many toppings as you want including grilled onion, mushroom, pickles etc. Sky is the limit. Dogs are so good. Always the best fries 🍟 😋 and burgers 🍔 than any other fast food franchise. Their fries are a lot and good quality, well made, their burgers are huge and it's REAL meat. It is slightly pricey compared to regular fast-food places but that's because Five Guys is all about quality and quantity at the same time and they've nailed 👌 👏 it.

It was a great burger and fries. We ordered cheese burgers all the way option with lettuce wrap, instead of hamburger buns. We used to go to In and Out berger in the California, and they too, have letter wrap berger as well. The quality of berger, toppings (I really liked the fact that they are free, or no additional charges) monstrous amount of fries as in large size. Only negative thing was, lettuce was difficult to grap hold of. In and Out wraps the berger with paper so that we can hold it. Hence, 4 stars. I really think they can improve on this. I will come back.

Order was messed up two simple cheeseburgers non apologetic Maria said come back down when I live in another town refused to refund my online order $ 35.00 for two cheeseburgers that are messed up is not acceptable this is not the first incident with this location but I reported this incident because they put on a topping I can't eat because of an allergy I have to that sauce but I can guarantee this will be the very last time I will not order from here again I will share my experience with others so they aren't paying such a high price for food they might not be able to consume

Customer service has really gone down hill here this used to be the only place my husband and I enjoyed getting cheeseburgers from our last few visits the orders have been made incorrectly my husband drove out of town to Federal way before he went to work to get our food he got home both sandwiches were made incorrectly he wasn't able to eat his because they put mustard on it we didn't have time to go back to get it remade he had to work no oppology from Maria she refused to refund the order 35.01 for two burgers and a fry for sandwiches that cant be eaten and when I called. I usually don't leave bad reviews after leaving a review fasil the owner emailed me said he called but no missed call in the email he offered to refund if we paid online which we did my husband emailed him the receipt he never replied or refunded anything. No more five guys for us too many problems at Federal way location.

Can't even make a simple bacon cheeseburger plain, literally got a burger that had no cheese. For someone to not even know what plain means in a bacon CHEESE burger is sad, it's literally self explanatory plain = no condiments like pickle, lettuce, tomatoe, relish, etc. learn how to make food or just don't work at all
