Came in today and ordered a sugar free coffee. I was told it was sugar free. But I was lied to. I’m diabetic and now my sugar levels are dangerously high. Will never come back to this location.

Ordered a blended caramel coffee and when my dasher got there they said it was out of stock. How are you out of stock of a blended coffee when coffee is the main thing that you sell? Don't go here, stick with Starbucks.

Coffee was expensive and not that good. Sorry. I got a Carmel macchiato. Coffee was pretty bitter and not enough Carmel. Will try again one day soon. I don't completely swear off a place without a second chance.

Didn’t update work schedule for christmas eve in google map and in apple map either, saw about 5 cars drove there for nothing 🙄, I hope they gonna work on it

Coffee is usually almost always okay, but the wait times can be very long. Quick at best 6 minutes per car at worst.
I think your hours need to be updated. I’ve gone a few times between 6-8am and y’all aren’t open

Let me preface this with saying we love your coffee and most of your locations are awesome, just not this one. I visited the Pacific highway stand yesterday and pulled up with only 1 car ahead of me. I sat there for about 10 minutes waiting to see how many drinks this person was ordering since it was taking a while. Then the car starts up and pulls forward with out getting a drink. I pulled up to the window and said it was weird to be there all that time and not get a drink. The barista then casually said, "Oh that was just my boyfriend." So I raise the question, is it okay to spend 10 minutes talking to your significant other when paying customers are in line? I was giving this location a second chance since on a different visit I got attitude for asking for a receipt. We will no longer be going to this stand (which sucks because you have a guy working there that is badass) Maybe I'm being old school with my expectations but if I'm going to spend good money on coffee I think some customer service would be nice. If I want so so coffee and blah customer service I'll go to Starbucks, at least they have sandwhiches.

Gravity Coffee has always been a good choice when you know what you want. I say that because they do not have seasonal drinks or specials, just a solid menu. I got the Hyperspace today with regular coffee instead of white coffee, it was good!

Nice place. I like the chocolate chip muffin tops, hate the other one. Disappointing how they don't always have them. Energy drinks are pretty hit or miss for me, but I always love their chai tea lattes. Great service.

I ordered online, but their online system was down, so they didn't receive it. Everyone was so kind here! My drink was delicious, mixed perfectly, had the right amount of everything, and was the perfect size! I did think that there was a walk-up area, but it didn't. I walked back to my car and drove through.
