I just ordered some falafel sandwiches the food was gross soggy and the fries were extremely salty couldn’t even eat 2 pieces. Didn’t really taste the falafel. Won’t order from there

Called in a Doordash order at 6:25 PM. They close at 7. Shouldn't be a problem, right? I thought so since they accepted the order and allowed the Doordasher to drive all the way there before deciding they suddenly didn't want to complete my simple 2 meal order. The dasher was literally standing inside the store and sent me a picture of the guy standing behind the counter, perfectly capable of making 2 meals in the time it took for him to get there. The Dasher asked me to call the store and I did and the guy was rude from the beginning of the conversation calling me stupid and telling me they didn't have to do anything and what was I going to do? So I (and the Dasher) called Doordash and reported him and somehow my refund showed up right after I got off the phone.Don't accept my order if you're going to be lazy and try to take my money!Edit after response from owner:1. Doordash allows you to set a cutoff time so that you don't receive orders past a certain time. USE IT.2. You accepted my order. End of discussion on timing as far as I'm concerned.3. I will NOT be changing my review as I am "too stupid" to know how, right? You acted a fool to a paying customer and now you have to live with the consequences. I understand people have bad days but I gave you 2 chances to do right and you interrupted me while I talked, called me stupid and worse of all, made a Doordash driver drive to your location for nothing. He got NOTHING for that time spent! And now you want to fake apologize and blame the mall hours? This is unacceptable. Learn your lesson and do better next time.

I've had a couple of different items from here. The food is just as consistent as the establishment lol. I think this place has been here since I was in like...middle school and it's close to my 20 year reunion...fyi lol The rice-good!! Flavorful and delicious Greek salad (my favs)- the dressing...it's the dressing for me. Some type of olive dressing and it's so good. They should sale it by the bottle. Falafel- these are the BEST falafels. PERIOD!!. They are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, very well seasoned, well portioned, they're just everything. I suggest everyone go here ONCE! At least once. Then I guarantee you'll go back.
