Ordered delivery.. the food was still decently warm and arrived in a timely manner. The chicken nuggets were nothing special and the cream cheese poppers were okay. There could be a mention of green peppers being in the poppers, wasn't expecting that because the menu just says cream cheese filled. The burger wasn't soggy though, so that was a plus.

First time here. I had the California Burger combo. Was delicious. Burger was juicy and toppings were fresh. Crinkle fries were great and they have they own home made fry sauce. That's a bonus. My Husband and Son got the Beef and Chicken Katsu Burger combo. Huge Burger. Chicken was an actual chicken breast not a fake patty. Thru lives them. Thru said they have really good katsu sauce. My husband did say he wished they had mustard available for the fries. Soda fountain has Coke. Not many options but that's OK. Another family with a kiddo came in and got milkshakes, they looked good. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Such great prices and you will leave stuffed!

Truly a great dining experience the food is great and I’ve never had an issue with an order when dining in. It’s a small usually quiet place to sit and enjoy a burger in peace. It’s very clean and the staff are very kind.
Kid-friendliness: It was nice to have a quiet atmosphere due to lack of little ones as there is only like three tables and a small stool seating area

The fry sauce is delicious. I highly suggest trying this place for anybody who is missing out. 2nd best salmon burger I've ever had.

Go here almost every day this place has the best burgers in federal way , no I wasn’t paid to say this and no I’m not a fake account, Hans burgers by far is the best place for a family gathering I always enjoy that’s Hans special, the fries are always crispy and fresh and the cleanliest place I’ve so by far clean counters and tables I enjoy this place so much I bring family out of town just to visit

Oh baby, I love it here. This is fresh off the grill, made to order eating. Authentic homemade shakes too. And I love the fact that it's more than just hamburgers. Lots of variety. Their chicken and fishburgers are favorites with me. And where else can you get a salmon burger!! You'll find lots of other seafood choices here as well. Always a giant Yummm.
