A new drive through was added inside the store with a brisk smokey scent as the sedan that had run through the closed store burst into fire and burned the restaurant.Sadly the building is a total loss and will need to be torn down. Due to the high crime in the area and low business volume, it is highly unlikely it will ever be rebuilt.

I just expierenced the most rude employee I’ve ever seen at this location. African American women working at 6:30 drive through window. Was very short with me and kept asking me was I done then totaled my good without me being done ordering. When I pulled up to the window and asked was she the one took my order she kept moping and ignored me talking to her. She then told me hold on came back to the window without washing her hands and said do you want ice. I told her she was very rude and would like to speak to the manager. She yelled she not here. I told her I didn’t want the food at this point I felt she was practicing unsanitary measures. She said bye with a very smart attitude. I have always wxpierenced great friendly service from this jack in the box. I am a person with extensive customer service background and she definitely gave this jack in the box one less customer.

The American Flag has not been replaced.. it is Disrespectfully still the torn and weathered flag. I ask everyone not to eat from this business until the American Flag is replaced and and an appropriate new Flag is raised.

The employees are the best part of this environment- PAC Hwy is a dump run especially over there. Sorry you have to work here. Wish they would tear this one down -it's a very bad area for this establishment and the workers. The food is fine as to be expected thankfully, but it's just the location that makes it undesirable! Move this business where it's safer for the customer and workers. I just wanna say thanks to the employees in the past month during early afternoon shift- A+ attitudes thanks so much!
To many homeless people hanging around outside of the building, don't feel safe.5-14-23 The last three times ordering dinner for family, I get home and there's always food missing and I always ask is everything there! They always say yes. I will not be going there anymore.

I'm over here getting my phone fixed and it is 2 in the afternoon and I was going to go inside and and eat and well they locked the door on me saying "only drive thru" and mind you the lady was rude as all get out. I will take my business elsewhere I guess. Very bad customer service in my opinion.

Just ordered online and got the wrong order delivered. Tried calling their drivers number and the store number and neither one worked. Can't get ahold of anyone and I still have to pay for the food I never even got. And we don't even like any of the food in the wrong order so it's not as if I can just cut my losses and at least enjoy eating something. Really not happy.
