This store closes at random times that do not match their hours.
I tried eating there three different times between the hours of 5pm and 7pm and the doors are always locked.
Don’t waste your time going here.

I wanted to dine in but the lobby area was very filthy and there was no juice in the lobby fountain machines. I didn't even feel welcomed to sit and stay there. It was as tho they didn't want no customer sitting because they left it filthy not calling an extra person to only keep the lobby clean. There were only 2 people working and it was ridiculous. Being clean is the most important part of restaurants the food was good but I will not come back because I don't like filth and no drinks in the lobby fountain. I wanted to dine in but I changed my mind and ate in my car instead smh

We ordered late night munchies boxes for delivery from the website. Total was $39.38. Someone from Doordash delivered our order. However, we were given the wrong order. The delivery person said they had to wait over 10 minutes to get the order. They said we could get a refund right away & could reorder thru the door dash app. But, when I tried, I was told since we ordered from Jack in the box website, doordash was not the ones to refund us. It would have to go thru jack in the box.
It been 14 days and we're still trying to get our refund. I've filled out the form regarding this 5 times on the website, and still nobody has contacted me. They also do not answer their phone. We've left messages there as well.
I don't drive, but I'll try taking an Uber to the store our order was placed at. Based on our experience so far, I don't know if going there will help at all. And, I'm sure that they won't reimburse the $24-$26 that it will cost me for the Uber round trip.
That would bring my total cost to about $65 for an order that I didn't receive.
Come on, Jack. You can do better.

I don’t know what’s up with these fast food places lately but if you’re gonna charge an arm and a leg for a meal, can we at least have it be fresh? Or how about, hot??! I paid $19 and some change for this meal! ordered a number two medium size with a water. I received a large and the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted. I’m pretty sure those are cooked to orders. And the top of my bun was so hard. I literally didn’t even eat it. I just took it off completely. $20 used to be able to buy two or three meals at Jack-in-the-Box. It’s ridiculous!

Editing my review of this place after a year. Still drive-thru only, staff is always dismissive and act like you're an inconvenience for daring to order from them. Oh, and I found a fly in my sandwich

When i placed my order i could not understand the person on the other end. I had to give her my order twice. She said drive forward there still was no total on the screen. When i got the window she mumbled then took my $20 Bill. Then 2 minutes later handed me my soda. After another 5 minutes she came back and handed me my food. She closed the window and walked off. I still did not know what the total was but she took my $20. After 3 minutes she came back to window and tried to hand me a Doordash order. I said no i was still wanting a receipt and needed to know what my total was. She mumbled $20.36 gave me the receipt and closed the window. After another 3 minutes and her trying to hand me order again I tried to give her another $1 which she said no and closed the window. A very odd experience.

This place has changed. Today, I asked my wife to go there for the Double Jack, and she also has a coupon. It's really hard to order through the Drive-Thru. When speaking through the intercom the order taker did not understand and she was unpleasant. She told my wife that she didn't understand her and told her to go up to the window. She said it in a rude way, and when my wife got to the window she gave my wife a dirty look. Plus, rambled about the order.
The way it sounds to me, this person lacks customer service skills and needs some training. I'm not sure if Jack In The Box provides proper training for its employees. I hope they do, or send this lady somewhere else - not the drive-thru window. You're losing customers. The kind of service my wife received today is worse than in a third-world country.
We like Jack In The Box but told my wife to go eat at another burger joint in the meantime.

This is a good restaurant for a burger under $10 each. My wife and I always go for the Double Jack, which we have to make sure that's what we get. It's often mistaken for the Jumbo Jack. So when the order taker reiterates through the intercom at the drive-thru we listen and also check what we got as well just to make sure. Other than that it’s a nice restaurant, with good people working hard to serve all of us.
It takes about 10 minutes to get good through the drive-thru that’s because they are cooking the burgers fresh. You can taste the freshness in the quality.
Parking: Plenty of parking because not many people eat at this place
