I went through the drive-thru, and drove away with my order of a large french fries. I was disappointed because all but maybe two of them were short and stubby, and none that were their signature long beautiful French fry. I was too hungry and too tired to turn my car around and go back. But in all my years of eating that Jack in the Box, I only had one other time that it looked like I got the bottom of the barrel or the bottom of the fry pan french fries that were much shorter than these! I am disappointed.

Rude drive thru lady didn’t let us finish our order, my niece has autism and was just asking for other options in the 5$ meal deal but the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. Ruined her whole experience 🙄

So finally a franchise store that honors national promotions. The $5 meal deal is actually $5! Jack got this one right. Good options. Regular or curly fries. 4 burger choices: 2 burger 1 chicken 1 breakfast. 4 sides and a drink. Best deal of the fast food joints. Tiny tacos or chicken nuggets. This particular restaurant has been under Hispanic ownership and they do an excellent job.

Just left. Beyond frustrated! I repeated my Order several times. They confirmed it was correct. After a long day at work and being in traffic… this was the cherry on top. They didn’t put Mayonnaise on my number 14, asked for regular fries and got curly.
Very courteous staff. Always get my order right! 3 stars for the food only because, well, it's Jack in the Box. Atmosphere-the place is always clean when I'm there.
