I would like to start off with our food was really good! However, I placed my order online on their website to pick up in store. I received an email my order would be ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at that time exactly and the food was not done, so thinking they were just a little behind I took a seat. It took 20 minutes for my order to be complete, I understand they slice everything and put the sub together but the site quoted me a time to pick up. If this would have been my lunch break this would have caused me to be late! That is not necessarily the fault of the workers but when I got there only one kid was working. It would be helpful if we can get the timing more accurate in the future.

May have been an off night, and we arrived at 7 and the sign said they closed at 9. We were rushed through our order and told we couldn't eat inside because the dining area was closed (which meant we had to eat in our car because we were just traveling through). Probably wouldn't visit this location again.

I placed an online order for 4 subs on Sunday, September 29th around 6pm. I received confirmation of order along with an order number. About 20 minutes later I received a cancelation email and text, with a message reach out to the location. I called twice, both times going through to voicemail, at which point I received a message saying the voicemail memory was full. As I had friends over, I did not drive to the location. Instead I assumed that since the order was canceled, I should get dinner somewhere else. The next day the charge went through anyway, which is both frustrating and disappointing, considering we did not receive the order. I called the location on October 1st again, and this time got an employee on the phone who took my information. He said he would escalate it to his manager and see about a refund. As of today, 10 days later, I've received no refund or communication. The food might be good, I don't know. I don't like paying for food I never received.
*UPDATE* - The manager of the store reached, acknowledged the issue and made sure I got refunded. The process took longer than it should have, but I appreciate it getting taken care of in the end.

First, I love Jersey Mike's! I have been to your location many times with mostly great experiences with the exception of my most recent two visits.1) a couple of months ago I came in after work around 5:30 p.m. you had 3 employees. 2 were working on a large to go order and one was in back filling up oil bottles. I was not acknowledged when I came in the gal filling bottles came from the back still not acknowledged. I stood there for about 5 minutes and left. Not one person acknowledge me.Trust me I totally understand the to go orders but not one person could acknowledged me or even make a sandwich for the customer standing in front of them. I had returned since a couple of times with good customer service until tonight.2) came in after a long day at work at 5:55 again a large to go order in process. I was pleasantly greated by one gal seemed to be the one in charge for the shift. She stated it would be a few minutes she had just started that order I stated "ok". A guy was at the grill stated "i can make you a hot sandwich " which I commented "I just want the tuna sandwich " he stated that I can do." The guy did not continue with processing my order. Meanwhile 3 more customers walked in. A younger gal from the back (with colored hair) was called to come out and help she was washing her hands. I asked as I thought a simple question, "can someone take care of the customers here." The gal in charge stated "I will when I am finished here" with an annoyed look. I started to say "just asking, this has happened...." At that time the gal washing her hands turned around gave me a DIRTY look and proceeded to dry her hands. I said something about the dirty look and started walking out... the gal that seemed to be in charged stated "wait what just happened?" I stated again... "she gave me a DIRTY look. The look I took as who do you think you are...........I am not a complainer I know people get busy and I can. The way this played out was wrong.Offended Customer

We are frequent customers. Night shift tends to only have one line server so there tends to be a wait. BUT with Dawson behind the counter you will still feel seen, and appreciated for your patience. Dawson will start two customer orders at a time with no mistakes. He has great customer service and customer banter while still being efficient at his job. If Dawson is not in management already he definitely deserves a raise. From being in the food industry for over ten years myself you have to acknowledge and appreciate hard work when you see it. Great Job Dawson! We will 100% be back to see you again!

Came here for the first time and didn't have the best experience. I wasn't sure on how to order and the server looked irritated when I asked questions. I told him it was my first time and asked how to order and then he was more helpful.I asked for a giant and he made commentary about if it was enough to feed me. I didn't appreciate his comments even if it was intended as a joke. I'm not sure if he's having a bad day but this experience made me not want to come back.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's and I am so glad they finally opened a convenient location in nearby Federal Way. My order is always ready at the designated pickup time. I recommend them to anyone who enjoys a great sandwich😀

The turkey provolone and philly steak sandwiches were pretty good. Really pricey though! The employee running the counter was nice and helpful (don't know his name.) Will probably be back.
