I would like to start off with our food was really good! However, I placed my order online on their website to pick up in store. I received an email my order would be ready at 5:30pm. I showed up at that time exactly and the food was not done, so thinking they were just a little behind I took a seat. It took 20 minutes for my order to be complete, I understand they slice everything and put the sub together but the site quoted me a time to pick up. If this would have been my lunch...

May have been an off night, and we arrived at 7 and the sign said they closed at 9. We were rushed through our order and told we couldn't eat inside because the dining area was closed (which meant we had to eat in our car because we were just traveling through). Probably wouldn't visit this location again.

First, I love Jersey Mike's! I have been to your location many times with mostly great experiences with the exception of my most recent two visits.1) a couple of months ago I came in after work around 5:30 p.m. you had 3 employees. 2 were working on a large to go order and one was in back filling up oil bottles. I was not acknowledged when I came in the gal filling bottles came from the back still not acknowledged. I stood there for about 5 minutes and left. Not one...
