Kerri the manager was very helpful, DoorDash customer service was not helping me and Kerri made it possible for my refund due to my sub not made correctly and door dash lack of communication. Please keep her as a manager she is amazing!

With the outbreak of Listeria, I've realized that might be what has been making myself and my bf very sick every time we eat at Jimmy John's over the last year. We thought maybe it was the hot peppers, so we ate it without them and still ended up on the toilet for 3 days. Idk what's going on at Jimmy John's, but I do not trust their food anymore and will never go back after being a JJ lover for years. I will go to Subway instead where they can toast the sandwich to kill bacteria... Take your chances if you wanna be on the toilet for days every time you eat here....

Scott was super helpful today. I messed up on my order and he took care of it right away without an issue. My sandwich was delicious. I appreciate great customer service and Scott was 5 stars today.
