Katsu-Mi serves the BEST katsu I’ve ever had in the US. The outer layer is very crispy but light and the pork is very tender. I drive an hour from Olympia to get here and it’s worth it.

I needed to get something from H-mart and I remembered that the katsu place inside was changed a while back so I asked my boyfriend if he wanted to grab our dinner here.
