Donuts always great. People are good across the board. My home is the first location in Lakeland Hills/Lake Tapps so always comparing. I love the family that owns this!

For a pastry it's top noch. I recommend the stuff with frosting most.Real star is the brownies though!

I’ve had these doughnuts before when an old coworker brought them into work and they were AMAZING! I moved to South King County recently and knew I needed to introduce my household to the wonderfulness. We live close to the Federal Way location so I drove over in between meetings to pick up a half dozen and two raspberry Red Bull Italian cream sodas. Walking in you’re immediately met a big display of all their offerings and a “HEY WELCOME IN! Be right with you!” Having it be the first time in I was impressed (and a little overwhelmed) by all the choices. Having to narrow down what I was going to choose to six was going to be difficult!I was able to finally figure out what I wanted, the gentleman helping me was patient, polite, and attentive. He greeted every customer as they walked in and made sure they knew they were welcome. He answered all my questions and whipped up some awesome bevvies. The space itself is clean and has a few tables to sit at. It has posters advertising all their special drinks and party doughnuts. Parking was way as they’re located in a big strip mall that’s well lit and has a lot of other great stores to shop at if you’re out running errands. When I got home and opened the boxes, my partner was amazed at how big the doughnuts are. The dough of the maple and chocolate bars we tried first were light and pillowy while the frosting was evenly layered and super tasty. Because they’re so big though they are a bit of a sugar overload, so we definitely have to pace ourselves lest us be zombies for our afternoon after the sugar crash!Overall, these doughnuts live up to their name, they are super legendary. Can’t wait to try the rest of them and return again and again until we’ve tried them all!Vegetarian options: The only doughnut I saw with meat products was the bacon maple bar, everything else seemed really vegetarian-friendly!Parking: Heaps of parking, major shopping center location. During busy time you might need to park a little further away but it’s all within the same space.

Staff is rude and they do not accept cash at all. It should be posted on the door and not flat on the counter so people do not waste their time. Also the space I saw was very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Great selection even late afternoon. The Covington location is always out of almost everything by noon, or so it seems. This location is my favorite. Staff at all locations are always professional and respectful. I love all their products. Old Fashioned is my "go to" donut.Dietary restrictions: Does NOT accommodate Celiac people. In fact, I recommend if you have Celiac that you avoid entering any of their stores, there is gluten on the floors and counters, you probably would inhale it.

Visiting my family for the holidays from AZ and my brother told me about this place yesterday when we drove by. I have been coming to visit Seattle for the past 4 years and for some reason this had not come up. Well, I am so glad it did yesterday. This morning, I woke up at 6am, told my teen son to get ready for coffee and donuts and we took off. Found the donut shop was only 7 minutes from my parents house. The second you walk-in, your mouth will begin to drool, from the incredible smell. It is magical. I can only describe it as happiness. I wish I had grabbed the name of the super nice lady that helped us this morning. She said she loved working the morning for that very reason. The size of the donuts are insane. Since it was our first time there, it took a few minutes to figure out what we wanted but since it all looked so good, we basically got two of almost everything. We have a large family so it was not that difficult to choose just by looking at those yummy treats. I took some pics, but they did not last. I am visiting for three weeks and I know for sure I will be back quite a few more times. Thanks for the great experience. And the yummiest donuts!!

I couldn't believe how big the donuts are here. I got a dozen for a business I was visiting and I swear it was 5 pounds. They even have cronut bites! Cleanliness: Taste: Service: Options: I'm not deducting any stars, but I don't like being asked for a tip on the card reader. I'll definitely come back when I return in the area.

Blatant discrimination here, racism has no place in King county, doughnuts and service sucks

I was in on November 26 ordered 2 maple bars and 2 sea salt doughnuts ( the croissant doughnut thing) I got 2 pull aparts and one of the sea salt things. The employee did not show me what I had ordered to ask if it was ok. Then I was in Dec 2 ordered one of the sea salt things and when I went to grab it out of the bag, I was driving to Tacoma, it was in the bag upside down. Truly disappointed because all the topping was on the bottom of the sack. Normally I have no issues here. They were not busy so there is no excuse for this to have happened. I'll be back and I hope they do better.

Customer service is great, the doughnuts are even better. I’m a peanut butter fan. Their peanut butter cream filled doughnut is the best! Everyone who likes peanut butter should try one.
