“Amazing find on the way to SeaTac. The fusion idea works great and the sauce/crust/toppings ratio was perfect on our vegan pie. We got the samosas for breakfast before our early flight since everything at the airport will be closed. “This place is a gem among basic airport options. We had two orders of the signature beef patties and both order were incredible, so flavorful and cooked to perfection! We also had the chowder which is too notch. Add locally sourced beers, spirits and ingredients along with phenomenal service from Rocio and this was one of the most memorable airport meals we've ever had.“

“We made our reservation at Aqua Terra on OpenTable for brunch at 11:30. The only issue we had was that the restaurant itself was actually closed until dinner service. We ended up at the nearly empty AquaTerra Lobby Bar (with great views of the atrium) which serves the same fantastic food and coffees. There were no problem for us as we were all adults but it would have been a problem if there was anyone underage in our party. It all worked out well for us and we had a lovely time and will be back when we need a nice place to meet up before a flight again.“
