It's McDonald's gotta go for kids
Usually going through there in the day. It's pretty alright , but once it gets to the point where it is , just the drive through open , the quality seems to take a dump.

I was given the incorrect order. I waited over 25 minutes for the correct 1 burger to be made. Staff was very dismissive and seemed to give be very misleading in their responses. For instance, I was waiting for so long that the girl said the soda machine is slow—-huh—What!!? Wasn’t waiting for a soda—but food!

I had the steak egg McMuffin today and really appreciated how good and meaty it was.
Just the other week though I had a McRib and it was like it was made of cartilage and had so little flavor it was ridiculous and I left disappointed.

I went out for breakfast this morning. The classical music was playing too loudly, and on top of that, the staff at the counter were shouting to call out customers' orders, making it impossible to enjoy my meal. Jay

More worried about their drive thru numbers... pull around to the front to get my food. Might as well just ho inside. If I wasn't bombarded with homeless people.

It'd be great if this place stopped forgetting my sauces for chicken nuggets. They notoriously forget this at night. Please check your food before leaving.

this place is always crazy busy so drive thru is s a pain the way the street was designed and the layout of the drive thru. food is the same taste as other mc Donald’s but at this location if you don’t check your order you get half full soda cups missing chicken nuggets or even missing hamburgers

This location is a nightmare. I went to a McDonald's and ordered through the drive through at 6:29pm. Immediately at the second window I was asked to "pull forward" but there was nowhere to pull forward so I pulled into the parking lot next to the drive through exit since that seemed like the closest place to 'pull forward.' When I looked at the front of the store I saw a strange line with something about the drive thru. So I went and got out of my spot when I noticed the car behind me from the drive thru pull up into it. As the lady came out, I told her I was actually before them but she handed my order to the car without listening properly and they drove off with my food. (Now the other people got the wrong order too.) I told her that was my order, but I don't know what her deal was, but she just stared at me before giving my order to the wrong car. After, she came over and asked for my receipt I kind of just gaped at her. Being exhausted and tired, I said I didn't have it because I didn't remember that I folded it up next to me. She went inside. I didn't see anyone for a good minute. Two more people got served behind me before another person came up and I said I was missing my order and I handed her my receipt (found it) and she said a manager would fix it after she came out to hand someone else their order behind me. I waited until 7:02pm when they handed me my order finally after like 4-6 cars went behind me then around). I pulled out and checked and my order was messed up now. So I pulled back through the drive through and told them my order was messed up and I was told to pull forward to the second window. I went to the first (exhausted at this point, frustrated and with my kids losing their patience, all she had to do was clarify the next window) and said my order was messed up. The girl closed the window and left. I assumed she was getting her manager to fix this but instead she just let the cars pile up behind me and stared at her screen, doing nothing while I was next to her window, confused. It appears her priorities are only in copious makeup and faux nails than giving good customer service, de-escalatng the situation or asking if I had any more questions. She ignored me until I waved at her when I noticed her co-worker poke her head out from further down and I just wanted to know what was going on. She rolled her eyes at me, giving me a poignant look when I asked for clarification, clearly I needed help with understanding how to fix this situation. Then she finally told me to go to the next window, but not without layers of attitude. I went to the next window, and at this point I'm losing my wits with these guys. Her attitude only made me furious at this point of my more than twenty minute wait. Like I'm trying to fix one problem after the next and now there's ANOTHER problem with this already unfamiliar location. I demanded a manager as nicely as possible (I said please despite being on the verge of my wits end). She took my messed up sandwich to remake it again (the manager typed up my remake order incorrectly causing her to add cheese to a hamburger which I'm allergic to) after I told her that the window girl was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ten minutes would have been nothing but this bordered on forty minutes (since I ultimately left at 7:08pm). I drove around front and they brought it out after I saw her talking to the window clerk who was rude (who was laughing at the managers talk with her clearly about my complaint and being disrespectful still because I could see her through the lobby window). Then the manager came out and gave me my sandwich and apologized but she seemed apathetic. It was messed up again. She stopped and asked me what was wrong after handing the car behind me their order and in tears at this point I told her they'd never get the order right and I drove off because I wasn't spending 50 minutes at this place so they could what? Spit in my food at this point. I don't know what their deal is here,

Do not go here. Everytime I come here, they always get the orders wrong. Last time ordered 2 double cheese, and 2 cookies, only got one of each from the order. It’s every. Single. Time. Wrong order. Guy didn’t want count my change so just took everything, lines are long, and again. Check your bags by the window make sure you got what you ordered. Terrible place.

Drive-thru works clearly, the staff is positive and fast. The order is accurate, the food is fresh. It's really nice to go back to this McDonald's.
