Every SINGLE TIME I come here, my food gets messed up. I've had under cooked eggs, and now a sausage egg and cheese with no cheese.When I'm getting fast food, it's because I don't have the luxury of coming inside to get my order fixed properly.I'm sorry y'all don't think you get paid to care, but what if it was you, ordering? What if it was your family? I'm so tired of this.

Not giving 5 stars 'cause sometimes my order isn't right. The workers here are all great, but I wish they knew more about the McDonald's mobile app. The best thing about this location is that they have a play place, unlike the other location on 320th.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs if you need one. They also have a play place, so when you dine in, your kids can play with the other kids. It's especially nice when it's cold out, so if your kids usually like going to parks, this "indoor playground" will be perfect for them.

Crappy. Their staff here is pretty typical mcdonalds for this general area. Low IQ staffing. Bunch of teens and 20 year Olds treating their customers like we are the morons. They forgot pickles, fries, and they didn't provide the condiments that they asked us for.. Everytime we go to this mcdonalds they skimp us on some food items. If you think about how much and how often this happens it has to be misdemeanor theft by the end of the day.. update. Missing two fries, ordered no onions... ofcoarse... onions... and the order taker was short with me... I hate this place. But my kids like the chicken nuggets for some reason.

I was given food here that wasn't edible. Whoever owns this place shouldn't be allowed to be in charge of anything. There's trash everywhere, extremely slow line. All the food was hard as a rock and smelled sour.
whoever runs this place for the love of everything thats holy PLEASE hire a janitor. the playground room is such a pigsty - the tables greasy, seats sticky and covered in crumbs, i won’t even start about the floor. how can anyone actually eat in here i will never know. i doubt the playground itself ever gets cleaned. the restroom is always wet and dirty, the toilet seat covered in dried urine. and it’s a place where people should eat and little kids should play.

Why is this place so rude? No customerService. My son accidentally spilled his drink. We went to the counter to let them know. They ignored us for a good 5 minutes even after saying excuse me many times. Then they didn’t come to clean it up. And when they finally did “Sylvia” was stomping, throwing the wet floor sign and overall had a nasty attitude over an accident. The manager on duties neck was covered and hickies just overall a terrible experience.

I go to this McDonald's quite a bit and the service here has gotten worse every time not only do they give you attitude and rush you for their window times they also don't know how to fill a container I'm sure that is not a full fry and it's also a medium box. I'm not complaining because I'm a Karen I am complaining because I am also a business owner and the customer service at this location is horrendous. When I asked how long I would wait because another customer was blocking me from apparently moving out of the way I received attitude because I could not move because another customer was blocking me proceed to initiate some kind of conversation with the customer blocking them to ask the customer to move for them I was supposed to do that and honk at someone because they wanted to rush that is absolutely embarrassing for this business efficiency is great but poor customer service puts shame to McDonald's name.
