This location is the best. They are rarely ever out of anything and the staff is wonderful. They don’t even shame me for coming in so frequently ?

Very yummy very good
lowkey expensive for frozen yogurt, and then asks for a tip at the end...like bro i literally made my own cup ?
Their customer service is very bad. The place is very dirty and they look at you like you’re a thief, not a customer that pays for their product. Very dirty place that creates disgust. Can’t take my kids anymore there.

Everytime I doordash this place they severely underfill the cups. Whoever is completing the doordash orders needs to be fired.

Took my wife and son to Menchies to get some frozen yogurt on a whim. After putting together our frozen yogurt bowls, I got to the counter only to be told that they do not accept $50 bills. The young girl working behind the register had the look of panic like I committed some sin for pulling a $50 bill out of my wallet to pay for a $33 total. Talk about millennial anxiety! Meanwhile, my wife said that she had some $20 bills out in the car and stepped out the door to go retrieve those. At the same time a young black girl behind the counter, turned around and went to get the manager who came out and stated the exact same thing. The young girl behind the register told me-as if it mattered-that they don’t accept $50 bills. I asked them if they had a sign to which the young manager pushed the tip jar out-of-the-way to reveal a small sticker on the counter next to the register that says they take nothing larger than a $20 bill. Meanwhile, my wife walked back in through the front door with $20 bills. It wasn’t the product, it was the fact that a girl standing behind the register, who wasn’t at the register and heard my wife and saw her go back to our car- in the rain, went to the back and got a manager. Only to repeat a simple statement that could be posted in view before we even attempted to get frozen yogurt. So my wife and I made the decision to go to another store. The photo that I had attached is a posting on the register at Menchie’s located in Puyallup. Low and behold, they accept $50 bills.

Restaurantji Recommends
Twice this location has been out of either the basic chocholate or vanilla, once the vanilla had another flavor in it. This place is usually messy with dirty counters, tables, and messy condiments. I'd recommend another location. It used to be good
Fun do-it-yourself frozen yogurt, great flavors and toppings!
They always have great selections of froyo and toppings, ones with low sugar no artificial flavors! A healthy snack for the kids! And its always a good time!
Welcoming place. Good area. Friendly staff.
The best ice cream that I ever have
