I love the pineapple that they use at this location, they use Dole pineapple and so it's nice and sweet. I have gone to other locations and they must not Source it from the same food supplier

There service was sorta slow as they were pretty busy. And it does take some time to cook the pizzas. Pizza was great. I dont understand why only half the employees were wearing hair nets and the employees with longer hair were not. And the only reason I say this is because we had ordered a salad and in our salad we found a long blond hair, i didnt see any employees there with blondish hair. I knew it wasnt mine cause my hair is red . Needless to say we quit eatting the salad but before we left I was looking at the salad cause I was going to go say something about it to someone and I found yet a 2nd long blond hair in the salad. And not a few seconds later some kid from the back came out with something for the employees in the front and he had blondish hair long no hair net and looked like he could of been working the back making the salads.

Stopped by for dinner tonight and the staff was just excellent, it’s as if their energy transferred onto the pizza.
The pizza was just straight delicious, it’s my second time coming here and one things for certain, the young girl with glasses will get your pizza right and never lacks a smile on her face, the other two young men that helped out once my pizza was done were amazing as well, it was cooked perfectly and they recommend great sauce options for my pizza that I will have to try my next time back in the area.
The customer service here seems to be excellent! All 3 would greet anyone who walked in, whether it was a delivery or a dine in.

I was disappointed with my visit to MOD Pizza. The ingredients didn’t feel as fresh as usual, and the pizza came out a bit undercooked and uneven. The service was also slower than expected, even though it wasn’t very busy. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, so this one was a letdown.
Visited MOD at 1215 on a Saturday and was met with disappointment at every step. For one the person making pizzas would not speak up, I could barely hear her no matter how many times I asked her to speak up, she would not.
Then they drop a bomb. They are out of cheese.... seriously. The other person comes over to tell me they ran out last night. For one, why wouldnt you tell me this before you start putting sauce on the dough? And how are you in business without the second-most important ingredient? Finally after debating about leaving MOD with the kids, someone finally went to the back and cheese was on the way. Weird.
Moving pizza down the line, told that these are the last onions they'll have today. OK weird.
Go to pay and order drinks. Told soda machine has no co2 and is flat if I want that. No. Obvioslusly I do not. Why not just say its out of order. The cashier said they broke it a while back. Didnt need to know that but weird.
I asked for the manager. Manager is off today. Seriously. Its saturday, they are out of cheese and the soda machine is broken. The manager should be here front and center at the very least for the respect of his employees. How truly embarrasing. This manager should be buying the cheese their self and prepping. Thats what a manager does. I wasnt irritated until I heard this. Its not hard to get a fountain machine co2 and if it needs repairs the vendors are usually fixing the same day.
It was easy to point out eveything wrong today and it all points towards management. Fire this clown and fix this before your business suffers.
The employees were great but obviously upset. I would be too.

It’s a good place to eat. The pizza was tasty but the service is slow. Mid pizza needs to truly work on their process. There can be Kaizen events done to improve the speed of operation. Not entirely this store’s fault.

This was my first visit to MOD Pizza, and I will definitely be going back. The staff was amazing, had a blast ordering and paying, food was delicious, atmosphere outstanding, and the place was immaculatly clean inside and out. Highly suggest giving them a shot. I can't wait to see if they're all like this one.
